Customer Support Team (based in Bangkok)

Requirements:

  • We are looking for exceptional Thai people to join our fantastic international Support Team based in Bangkok.
  • Male/Female between 23 to 30 years. (New Graduate are Welcome)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. We will take a special consideration if your TOEIC 650 (additional languages French, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese are desirable)
  • Customer service experience.
  • Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule.

Customer Support (Job Description):

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Assist customers and the operators by providing information they require.
  • Hand over the tickets to customers.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary.
  • Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them
  • Suggest and make changes to have a smooth operations
  • Regular contact with current Transport Operators
  • Recommend and sell potential products or services to customers.
