Customer Support Team (based in Bangkok)
Requirements:
- We are looking for exceptional Thai people to join our fantastic international Support Team based in Bangkok.
- Male/Female between 23 to 30 years. (New Graduate are Welcome)
- Fluency in written and spoken English. We will take a special consideration if your TOEIC 550 (additional languages French, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese are desirable)
- Customer service experience.
- Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
Customer Support (Job Description):
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Assist customers and the operators by providing information they require.
- Hand over the tickets to customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and other departments as necessary.
- Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems & resolve them
- Suggest and make changes to have a smooth operations
- Regular contact with current Transport Operators
- Recommend and sell potential products or services to customers.
