Talent Sourcing Specialist/ Recruiter

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably IT)
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.)
• Ability to screen profiles and identify fits
• Upper Intermediate level of English
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously, strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Main responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment of technical positions: Backend(PHP), Frontend, DevOps, QA, Data Analyst
• Research, choose and proceed with vacancies promotion channels
• Direct search and sourcing candidates
• Organization of technical interviews and support process up to hiring
