PM Assistant with experience in IT system support

The job is to learn very well how the system works and what the settings are. Understand the work of the database, know the logic in general and individual components. To navigate well in the documentation and tasks. Then actively perform all subsequent tasks.

  • Providing to customers from all over the world online booking services for all sorts of transport (trains, buses, ferries, flights, transfers), visas, hotels and day trips.Production support engineer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Learning how the system works and knowing it well afterwards;
  • Understanding the logic of individual components and the system as a whole;
  • Good orientation in documentation and tasks. Maintaining and updating;
  • Analysis of incoming requests, identification of system errors. Solving issues with the system settings or by engaging developers;
  • Description of bugs and new tasks;
  • Writing release notes;
  • Leading individual areas/subprojects (with the prospect of becoming Project Manager);
  • Monitoring the performance and usability of issued features.

Requirements:

  • Experience in 2nd or 3rd level information system support (preferably web);
  • SQL;
  • Jira, Confuence;
  • High level of responsibility and focus on results;
  • Knowledge of English for written communication.

Nice to have:

  • Grafana;
  • PHP at the code reading level is desirable;
  • Task testing;
  • Business/System analytics.
