Responsibilities:

Employee Relations
-Be the first point of contact for new hires of 12Go Thailand and own all aspects of onboarding including but not limited to;
-Contract issuance and collection of requisite documentation;
-Data management on HRIS to ensure all details are accurately recorded;
-Manage daily employee queries in regard to compliance and company policies;
-Issue and record work certificates, official letters as per employee requests;
-Provide support for In-person and Global HR Onboarding, including scheduling, attendance, updating presentations, etc.;
-Manage offboarding 12Go Thailand employees, including resignations, HRIS updates, and pass cancellations (if required);
-Be key point of contact for supporting HR operations of subsidiary (Travelier-Supply) in Thailand;
-Coordinate 12Go events include team building and a yearly offsite to drive employee engagement.

Visa and Work Permits
-Laise with outsourcing agent for solidifying timelines, providing documentation, and being the bridge between candidate and agent;
-Be the key point of contact for the candidate and the agent;
-Keep company profile, financial data and other required BOI documents up to date;
-Add employees to the SSO website, coordinate with the Social Security Office (SSO), and handling employees' Student Loan Fund matters;
-Work as a trusted advisor regarding visa and work permit matters;
-Be trusted advisor about Thai Labor law and work in collaboration with the legal department to ensure HR operations are in compliance with local laws.

Insurance and Wellness Benefits
-Liaise with local insurance provider about yearly employee insurance plans including procurement of new provider at the end of the contract;
-Manage and coordinate annual employee wellness check including laising with local hospitals for wellness packages.

General Office Operations
-Work closely with HR Operations Assistant to collaborate on office administration;
-Collaborate with HR Manager and Finance team for budget recording, provident fund management and year-end tax reporting.

Qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law is required;
-Fluent in English (written and spoken at least C1 level) and Thai communication skills;
-Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources;
-2-4 years’ experience of HR generalist work in a fast-paced organization;
-Experience working with provident fund providers, medical insurance providers and employment-related Government organisations;
-Able to work independently or with minimum supervision on assigned tasks;
-Eager to learn new things and to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic international environment.

Nice to have:

-Familiarity with HR information system and Google workspace (sheets, documents, forms, etc).
