HR Business Partner

We’re a tight-knit HR team spread across the globe: from Prague to Bangkok, Cyprus to Ukraine. We need a seasoned HRBP who can empower our business leaders to handle people-related matters effectively. This is a hybrid role between Business Partnering and Learning and Development Management, perfect for someone passionate about developing employees and designing talent improvement programs. Responsibilities:

Onboarding

  • Develop HR induction content in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular HR induction sessions.
  • Support business leaders in the onboarding of new joiners, setting expectations for a probation period, and regular check-ins.

People Management

  • Implement and clarify HR policies to ensure understanding across the organization.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and grievances, maintaining fair and consistent processes.
  • Assist business leaders in effectively managing their teams.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the implementation of performance management cycle, including management calibrations, target setting, promotions
  • Manage Performance Improvement Plans effectively
  • Facilitate the integration of performance feedback into succession planning.

Learning and Development

  • Identify business needs and design LnD strategy
  • Promote organizational learning through knowledge sharing initiatives and sessions.
  • Source and manage external training providers following company guidelines.
  • Administer e-learning activities

Organizational Design

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date Role Descriptions for all positions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop career paths and understand interdepartmental dependencies.
  • Work towards business continuity by identifying successors for key roles.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • Languages: fluent English, native Russian
  • Experience: min. 5+ years of HRBP experience in a tech environment
  • Ethical Conduct: commitment to ethical HR practices and confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving: effective problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability: flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
