12Go, being a part of Travelier group, is the leading multimodal online travel agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded in 2012, we offer train, flight, bus, and ferry tickets, as well as transfers, insurance, and other travel products globally

We are seeking a Head of Distribution to lead a team of five and drive growth through affiliate, B2B reseller, and integration channels within the travel sector. The ideal candidate will develop innovative outreach strategies, establish strong partnerships. This role demands a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies to shape the company’s distribution approach and maximize partner success. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's overall goals;
Set milestones and OKRs for the distribution team to measure and track success;
Source, negotiate, and finalize agreements with strategic partners;
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners;
Communicate partnership goals, progress, and achievements to key internal stakeholders;
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to attract new opportunities;
Stay informed about affiliate and B2B marketing trends, innovations, and changes;
Oversee high-performing affiliates both online and offline.

Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of attribution models and affiliate tools (e.g., links, widgets, white-labels, SDK);
Fluency in English;
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing;
Proven experience in overseeing and organizing partner integrations;
Strong negotiation skills;
Leadership experience managing a team of at least three people;
Experience in B2B business development;
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Excel).

Nice to Have:

Work experience in the travel industry.
