Country Manager's Assistant (EU)
Requirements:
- Perfect written and oral English and Ukrainian, any European language knowledge is a plus;
- Understanding of the ground transportation market in the area;
- 2+ years of experience in travel e-commerce. Experience in the ground transportation field is a strong plus ( bus/ferry operators, aggregators, etc);
- Database/personal connections on the ground transportation market of EU is a strong plus;
- Data-driven (make the decisions based on data);
- Tech stack 12Go uses: Slack, Google Docs, Asana, internal analytics tools, Superset, Lookerstudio, Pipedrive. Experience with Google Docs is a must, with the rest - is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, onboard new carriers in Europe;
- Achieve KPIs connected with the region/country growth;
- Use analytical tools to evaluate ways to improve conversions, coverage, conditions of collaboration;
- Provide account management, reconciliation, and invoice issuing for existing Suppliers;
- Check and optimize 12Go search results on a regular basis;
- Work closely with the Customer Support, Marketing, Affiliate teams;
- Other relevant tasks according to the scope of responsibilities.
