Country Manager's Assistant (EU)

Requirements:

  • Perfect written and oral English and Ukrainian, any European language knowledge is a plus;
  • Understanding of the ground transportation market in the area;
  • 2+ years of experience in travel e-commerce. Experience in the ground transportation field is a strong plus ( bus/ferry operators, aggregators, etc);
  • Database/personal connections on the ground transportation market of EU is a strong plus;
  • Data-driven (make the decisions based on data);
  • Tech stack 12Go uses: Slack, Google Docs, Asana, internal analytics tools, Superset, Lookerstudio, Pipedrive. Experience with Google Docs is a must, with the rest - is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, onboard new carriers in Europe;
  • Achieve KPIs connected with the region/country growth;
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate ways to improve conversions, coverage, conditions of collaboration;
  • Provide account management, reconciliation, and invoice issuing for existing Suppliers;
  • Check and optimize 12Go search results on a regular basis;
  • Work closely with the Customer Support, Marketing, Affiliate teams;
  • Other relevant tasks according to the scope of responsibilities.
