Business Development Manager LATAM

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the LATAM region.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or data analysis,
  • Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc)
  • Strategic business oriented thinking based on data
  • Our tech stack: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Slack,Google Analytics, Google docs. Previous experience would be a plus
  • Ability to make things happen and proactivity: close the agreements, find growth points, find solutions to increase sales and more
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of competitors and the market of travel, ground transportation in LATAM would be a plus
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Previous remote work experience would be a plus
  • Travel experience in LATAM region would be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Finding growth points to increase sales in LATAM region
  • Outreach and maintenance of the transport operators/sellers
  • Analyze data and make decisions based on it
  • Work with 12Go content: make it more comprehensive to increase conversions
  • Support and accounting assistance in case required
