Business Development Assistant EU/META

Requirements:

  • Perfect written and oral English and Ukrainian, any European language knowledge is a plus;
  • Experience in e-travel 1+ years (OTA, GDS, etc.);
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Analytics;
  • Flair for analyzing data and a logical mindset;
  • Self-organized, with GTD (get things done) approach;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • Tech stack 12Go uses: Slack, Google Docs, Asana, internal analytics tools, Superset, Lookerstudio, CRMs. Experience with Google Docs is a must, with the rest - is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new carriers in Europe/META (Middle East, Turkey, Africa);
  • Benchmarking, competition analysis, conversion analysis;
  • Provide account management, reconciliation, and invoice issuing for existing Suppliers;
  • Check and optimize 12Go search results on a regular basis;
  • Help the Customer Support Team with manual bookings, customer complaints, and review revisal (no calls);
  • Other relevant tasks according to the scope of responsibilities.
