12Go is a one-stop solution for various transportation needs that offers a wide range of travel products including train, flight, bus, ferry tickets, and transfers through its platforms 12go.asia and 12go.com. We help millions of travelers worldwide to plan and book trips. We are currently seeking an Affiliate Outreach Coordinator to join our team.
As an Affiliate Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying new affiliate partners, inviting them to register in the affiliate program, and building strong relationships with potential affiliates. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a high-growth environment (B2B experience is a huge plus)
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential affiliates that align with the brand and reach out to them
- Craft and send engaging outreach emails to attract new partners
- Relationship-management of existing and potential affiliate partners
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates
- Prepare reports on outreach activities and results
- Analyze data and reports to measure the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services
