We have to handle lots of inquiries. To make sure you are on top of the list when it comes to manual handling issues or queries connected to your booking we recommend to select this option. Without priority support it may take 24 or more hours to get a response.

12GO Charity Campaign

Some part of the revenue from this priority support will be used to sponsor the next 12Go Charity Campaign.
We started at Tonlesap Lake in Cambodia. We donated food and beverages to a school for underprivileged children.

During the second campaign at Umpang Hospital in the Tak province in Thailand we donated a significant amount of money, clothes, urgently required medicines and food.

We try to either supply with material or issue money into the hands we can trust - we do not send cash into charity projects or funds.

There is no admin fee connected to this program. Everything you donate will actually arrive where it is needed the most. All administrative costs will be covered by 12Go.
