The ferry boat has seen better days but it was all fine for a one hour journey, left and arrived on time. Prebooking taxi in the boat was also helpful!

Der Bus Fahrer hat ein Mädchen geschlagen und wollte sich auch mit anderen aus dem Bus prügeln … er war sehr aggressiv und ist sehr schnell gefahren.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben direkt Rücktransport nach Phuket sowie Transfer zur Unterkunft zu günstigeren Konditionen angeboten bekommen als bei anderen Anbietern und Grab. Alles hat sehr reibungslos sowie ohne Komplikationen funktioniert.

Die Fähre ist super.....man kann kleine Snacks und Getränke an Bord kaufen und die Aussicht genießen.....2 Stunden Fahrt gehen schnell rum!!!

Hat alles gut geklappt. Schiff ist pünktlich abgefahren, also man sollte wirklich zeitig da sein. Insgesamt alles gut. Schnell genug. Es werden Tickets für Taxis auf dem Boot verkauft. Wenn man alleine ist, ist das preislich ok, aber mit 4 oder mehr Leuten sind die Taxis, die alle am Hafen warten, auf jeden Fall günstiger. Wir haben zu viert 800 Baht bezahlt und die Taxis vor Ort kriegt man so für 500-600 Baht. Der Taxi-Typ auf dem Boot hat natürlich gesagt, dass er der günstigste ist, was ich ihm schon nicht abgekauft habe, aber war dann einfacher.

Die Fahrt hat +1 Stunde gedauert da man erst in die andere Richtung gefahren ist um auf See noch weitere Passagiere einzusammeln.
Dies erfolge ohne vorherige Kommunikation bei der Buchung. Der nervig.

Die Organisation war einfach, die Abfahrt pünktlich.
Die Sitze sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und als große Person ist der Platz sehr eng bzw. die Rückenlehne zu tief. Für die 1h aber kein Problem.

Die Fähre hatte Platz für jeden, es standen Toiletten zur Verfügung (über Sauberkeit kann ich nicht urteilen, da wir diese nicht benutzt haben) und bis auf ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an den Sitzen war die Fähre in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Die Leute haben einem direkt geholfen und man wusste wo man hin muss. Die sitze sind sehr bequem und man konnte sogar viel sehen auf der fähre. Gerne wieder

Schöne große Fähre mit unterschiedlichen Decks zum draußen stehen. Das Boot ist sehr ruhig gefahren.

Good Option for people who prefer a Smooth but Slow Ferry over the bumpy speedboats. The ferry was Air conditioned but also had lots of space on deck .You may move freely on Board. The departure at 11am is the perfect time in my opinion if you need to check into a hotel or room on Ko Phi Phi. The ferry was fairly punctual.

We booked a trip with hotel pickup in phuket patong to koh phi phi. However, we didn't know when exactly we would be picked up at our hotel (in the end it was 20 minutes later than booked), would be nice if this was communicated beforehand. Their support also didn't respond to our question on pickup time/locator. However transport itself, taxi + boat where very comfortable and as promised.

At First the boar miserable condition - stinky After fuel and Hot (Not Good working clima) - it was a Stormy wavy and Rainy day!
Luggage Control Outside and inside was Bad - Flew around!
The boat Nearly breaks in Two Pieces - Ehen Weather is stormy!
Safety conditions Bad - it was a stormy day People webt outside on the Upper Deck - the railing is Not high (People were Drunk and Influenced Boy weed)
- Smoking in Front of the door of the entrace because it was the only Place with roof and so the smokers stay dry!
The ceiling / Roof of the Boat Is Not tight - Rain Gomes trough - at around 5 Spots - Not pleasant if sonebody habe tos sit on a rainy spot ♂️
All in all Not Good - the bog amounts of puking People is Not the fault of the Crew - but they Could helped them Vetter with Toupet Paprr some water Not only Plaste bags and sone Tabletts (of you Are puking Tabletts Are too Late)

The trip itself was comfortable but I will give it a low rating due to the staff hustling you to buy overpriced minivan tickets. I was planning to get a local bus from Rassada Pier to old town but the staff told me there was no buses running from the pier and that the taxis were very expensive. I bought a ticket for a shared minivan for 150 bht. Turns out an actual taxi would have been 100 bht and that there was in fact a local bus for 15 bht. This is not ok.

The ferry was very old and dirty. The entire wooden second level was unsteady and moved from side to side with the waves. Did not feel safe.

Das Schiff war sehr, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab aber einen klimatisierten Bereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Fahrplan wurde genau eingehalten.

Fähre legte pünktlich ab und kam mit etwas Verspätung an. Hat uns nichts ausgemacht und dafür war die Fahrt selbst wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr nett + hilfsbereit und hat mit dem Kinderwagen und Gepäck geholfen. Zudem wurden in der Fähre für den Transfer vom Pier zum Hotel Taxi-Fahrten (Sammeltaxi für immer 8 Personen) angeboten. Bei uns war es für eine 25-minütige Strecke (13 km) 150 baht pro Person. Rein äußerlich betrachtet und der abgenutzten Innenausstattung entsprechend, hat die Fähre sicherlich schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört und sind sicher angekommen :)

First ferry from Phuket to Ko Phi Phi, was okay, second from Phi Phi to Krabi (2h) was overcrowded and very small

The ferry left about 15 minutes late, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s also VERY hot and stuffy inside the boat, but luckily we were able to find a couple of seats on the front of the boat (there was probably only space for about 8-10).

It was really efficient. 2 men from the ferry company greeted us from our taxi and helped us get our bags out of the car. They showed us where to check in and the whole process onto the boat was smooth. We were given a coloured sticker so the staff could clearly see we were getting on the right boat.

Abfahrt hatte sich um ca 10 Minuten verzögert. Von rassada Pier ging es nach kho phi phi und die Fahrt war angenehm. Innen schön n kühl und am Deck konnte man sich sonnen.

Hat alles super geklappt. Man muss die Voucher dann noch in Tickets umtauschen und kann über den langen Steg aufs Boot. Dort gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen. Von sehr kalt bis an Deck.

Klima war die ganze Zeit voll aufgedreht obwohl es geregnet hat, alle haben gefriert auf der Fahrt u ich hab mir nee Erkältung zugezogen. Irg versteh ich da denn Sinn nicht, warum macht man bei so nem Wetter die Klimaanlage an?

Der Transfer war gut. Nur nervt es, wenn dass Personal an Bord Ausflüge und Transfers verkaufen möchte. Schwimmwesten waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ebenso waren die Rettungsinseln erst geprüft worden. Getränke an Bord sind günstig.
