Van war spät dran. Außerdem wurde 4 Mal angehalten, um Einheimische abzusetzen. Der Van nahm zwar den Expressweg, brauchte aber trotzdem 4 Stunden für die Fahrt wegen der vielen Stopps. Dies bedeutete, dass wir uns bei der Ankunft beeilen mussten, um unser Bootsticket zu buchen.Überhaupt keine Hilfe

Booking with this company has unfortunately been an unpleasant experience. The services says all connections are guaranteed: pick up 7 AM Phnom Penh, arrival at 11 AM in Koh rong (incl.shuttle + speed boat) . Which wasn’t the case at all. The bus was supposed to pick me up at 7:00 AM (12go asia said you should be at the meeting point 30 mins prior to departure, so 6:30 AM ) and arrived at 7:35 AM. I understand that a driver can be late, but he promised that we’ll be still on time with the schedule. We arrived at the port at 11:15 and I had to wait until 12 to get the public boat, which then arrive at 13:00. I arrived 2h later than planned, which was a bummer, since I purposely booked an early transfer with whom I’ll arrive in the morning. Trying to communicate with the company didn’t work at all. They didn’t acknowledge anything I said and when I asked for the speed boat I booked & mentioned that I booked this transfer because they said "connections are guaranteed", all they said was: Brother Chuy, please wait a little. Overall unpleasant experience, save yourself the hassle and go with a company that is more reliable.

Two stars are for at very least, getting us to our destination. However no communication from the company resulted in a stressful and uncomfortable ride, with multiple and extended stops meaning an extra 1.5 hrs to the journey.

We stopped on the highway, the driver left without any words and we were still standing there alone, a new driver came from the other side of the highway 10 min later the police stopped us and brought us to their station, where stood one hour before we could continue the journey

Was fine, just a few too many detours for additional pick ups. Felt sorry for the guy who had to sit on his suitcase for part of the journey but apart from that, our seats were comfortable.

Minivan was very comfortable so was boat Said we would arrive at 11 but obviously they didn’t include ferry in timing so we arrived at 1pm instead
