At that moment, however, we were left at the terminal in the evening without accommodation or further information.We would like to resolve this situation, as we are not aware of any fault on our part. The fault lies with the transport company, specifically in the labeling of the bus and the thorough checking of tickets by your employee. This mistake cost us a whole day in Koh Lanta, because the next speedboat didn't leave until the following morning and arrived at 1 p.m. In addition to the lost time, it cost us extra money that we hadn't counted on and that we would like to be reimbursed.This includes: - accommodation in Phuket 1039 baht - taxi from the terminal to the hotel 200 baht - taxi from accommodation to the port 250 baht - trip to Koh Lanta 2988.48 baht We had already booked accommodation on Koh Lanta, so we ended up paying for an extra night that we didn't use, which amounts to 1990bth. Really really bad, I was supposed to arrive at 2:30 PM and I finally arrived at my hotel at 8:00 PM. The driver didn't know where my hotel was and was very unpleasant! The transport was really awful and I never had any clear directions on where I was supposed to go!
