Alexandra Zuerst wollte man uns trotz gebuchten Ticket nicht aufs Boot lassen wegen Überbuchung, dann ging es doch, dann war das Boot kaputt sodass wir auf Nusa Penida das boot tauschen mussten, 1 Stunde Verspätung, sehr enge Sitze, Scheiben undicht, unser Gepäck war teilweise komplett nass und wurde bei Ankunft auf den Steg geworfen

Birgitte SFirst we had to wait, and left the meeting point a bit too late. Then we drove to mangrove point, hoped in a small boat and left for Nusa Penida all the way on the other side. 30 min at least where we all got soaking wet. Then we needed to change to a large boat, which was ok, if we not had been soaking wet as it was really cold in that boat. We were 1 hour late in total. Not ok experience to leave from Nusa Lembongan.

Leila SHad a great experience traveling with them from Lembongan til Gili Air. I was the only one traveling with them from there and they were so nice and welcoming. Doing the trip they handed out seasick tablets and the carried my bag on and off the boat. Would recommend.

Petra BIt was freezing cold on this boat and staff was not even around to ask to change it. It felt like being trapped in a freezer. And the trip was 3h instead of 2h.
