Nathan JI don’t regularly write reviews but unfortunately I have to this time. 2 star rating for our journey from Koh Rong to Battambang, with only one positive, they changed our booking time from Long set beach to Koh Touch. Though it took me an entire day to get more than a one worded response out of them on WhatsApp.
The boat was 45 minutes late, we then got on our first van from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. A van with little to no A/C and packed out. The driver was travelling with his whole family, which just made the journey extremely cramped. The van was not fit for the journey, having a faulty engine and breaking down on the side of the motorway for 30 minutes. What should be a 2hr40 journey turnt into just over 4 hours.
Then our next van from Phnom Penh to Battambang. Luckily in a van was A/C this time! But we stopped off about 4 times in Phnom Penh picking up locals not leaving the city for over an hour into the journey. The van was overfilled with children sat along the aisle.
A travel day which started at 9:30am and did not finish until 9:15pm (12ish hours) should have taken max 9 hours. Just pay the few dollars more for a more reliable company.

Benjamin YDriver was constantly(!) looking at/on his phone, driving one-handed at 120km/h. Left 15 mins late. Took detour to make delivery but denied a toilet stop. Stopped along the way to pickup/drop-off non-ferry passengers. Arrived late at ferry terminal. Had to catch later ferry. Total trip was 5+ hours, not 4 hours as advertised. Good van but not recommended due to poor driver safety and lateness. Catch the big bus!

Khulan BI bought van and ferry ticket Phnom Penh to Koh Rong. We departed and arrived right on time. The van stops at the pier in Sihanoukville so you can connect to your ferry with no other steps which was really convenient . They even changed my date because my flight got cancelled I really appreciate it.
