Sharon MSehr guter Service. Am Abend zuvor wurden wir informiert, dass wir 10 min vor der Abfahrtszeit uns in der Lobby bereit halten sollten. Der Bus kam dann 5 min später (also sehr pünktlich).
Busfahrt war sehr angenehm. Der Grenzübergang nach Thailand war auch ok, obwohl wir etwas verwirrt waren, was wir machen sollten, weil keiner uns was gesagt hat aber am Ende hat alles gut geklappt und auf der Thailändischen Seite hatten wir auch noch kurz Zeit einen Kaffe zu holen. Weiter ging es dann mit dem Bus zur Fähre. Da mussten wir dann „einchecken“ was hieß man sagte seinen Namen und das Hotel wo man hin wollte auf Ko Chang. Die haben einen dann schon vorher ein Fahrzeugnummer gesagt zu der man dann auf Ko Chang gehen sollte. Mussten vielleicht 15 min warten dann ging es auf die Fähre. Fährfahrt war gut, dass Schiff hat aber schon bessere Tage gesehen, etwas verrostet aber hat seinen Job gemacht. Auf ko Chang angekommen gings mit dem Pickup zum Hotel. Insgesamt hat die ganze Reise ca 2 h länger gedauert als vom Anbieter angegeben, war aber ok, sollte man sich nur drauf einstellen. Und der Preis ist unschlagbar!!

Cecil MChanges in the schedule were notified less than 24 hours in advance and we had to pay extra to have a private car half way. Once we arrived at the private car everything went well and the person was really respectful and kind. Before that we were seated in a small van without much explanation and with a guy who doesn't care much about being polite.

Karolina RThe bus drops you off at the border with Thailand and you have to go through the immigration yourself which was a bit chaotic. Once you’re cleared at the immigration you board another Bonsiri branded bus that takes you to the ferry for Koh Chang. At the ferry station you will receive a sticker label with a number on it. This number indicates which taxi you have to go to after you arrive by ferry in Koh Chang. From here the taxi will take you to your hotel. All in all the journey was smooth, although I wish these steps were outlined on the website.

Dmytro PGood but not enough information before crossing the Cambodia/Thai border. You have to change your bus. I had to ask random people, where I can find my bus.
