Tolles Schiff mit nettem Servicepersonal. Am Hafen sind wir leider von einheimischen abgefangen worden und man hat behauptet von Wahana Virendra zu sein und hat versucht uns abzuziehen. Angeblich hätten wir einen Bus gebucht, der quer durchs Land fährt bevor er zum Flughafen fährt und hat uns dann für viel Geld eine Taxifahrt andrehen wollen. Empfehlung daher sich nicht ansprechen zu lassen und direkt zum offiziellen Office zu gehen. Wir hätten beinahe unseren Bus verpasst deswegen, zwischenzeitlich schon los gefahren war. Die lieben Mitarbeiter haben uns dann mit Rollern zum Bus gefahren. Lieben Dank für alles! Ein Hinweis zu dem Thema im Voucher wäre sinnvoll.

The fastboat was 1.5 Hours Belated and took nearly 3 Hours instead of 1.5 Hours like announced. The shared Van was a bus with another dozen people, which took a longer way via Ubud, what would have been for us a two hours longer ride to the Airport what made us book a grab and we had the additional costs for that.

The boat left 30 minutes later from Gili. I booked a taxi from Padang Bai to the airport. They provided a van full of people, said that these people ride to different locations and said that it will take 3-4 hours( they offered a private taxi for 500k.

The boat at the Gili was more than 1h late. The shuttle bus driver did his best to take us as fast as possible to the airport from Padang Bay but we miss our plane, so, no we are really not happy with the travel. Traffic at Gili-T Port was a mess too but it's not related to the company...
