they told us to really be on time ... just to wait 2h at a restaurant at the dock and after that wait about 1,5 -2h at the dock again
But worst was that were supposed to change from the speed boat to a better fisher boat with sneakers on and a lot of baggage and supposed to walk through the sand and water to get on the boat at Lombok

The driver had terrible communication skills and caused some confusion regarding pickup time. I bought tickets for 11:00 pickup, and he texts the morning of and says be there by 10:30, then gets to the pick point before 10:00 and begins harassing me via phone/text until we arrive at pick up at 10:26. Totally rude guy. The van was dirty and falling apart with no seat belts and very aggressive driver. After all the last minute time changes, we arrived early at the port and waited almost two hours for the ferry. The ferry was also one of the junkier ones- I would guess they purchase the cheapest tickets to increase profit. Do yourself a favor and book with another operator.

Trip was ok, but much longer than advertised. They pick me up 1 hour and a half earlier 9 instead of 10:30. They communicate it to me the day before. Boat arrived to destination 16:30 not 15:30 and it was really hot even though there was ac. So plan in advance for 7 or 8 hour trip.

To be honest, we expected the worst reading the reviews and all, but this boat company is actually so good price quality! The aircon worked good, clean toilet, misic and vibes + bintangs on the top of the boat, friendly funny staff, and everything went smoothly at the port!
