Trajet de Siem reap à Phnom Penh de 6h.
Nous étions sur les sièges arrières qui sont trop petits en largeur.
La climatisation n'était pas assez puissante.
Le chauffeur s'arrête sans nous dire combien de temps cela va durer.

minivan PP to Kampong Cham, very comfortable and good temperature, it was supposed to take 3 hours, the driver made in 2 and a half. A bit too fast sometimes :)

Informations, this can be print out n the driver may show to guest, even though he cant speak english... This will be very help ful rather then..... You you go there.!!
Also for the can driver good guy buy more on phone texting, very dangerous ps try to convey this to virak transport.

Almost missed it as the map location is wrong. It is by the roundabout, to the right after the border zone down an alleyway behind the obvious transport place. Note: the immigration hase moved closer to the border, it's no longer behind the immigration office.
Staff were nice and put me on a motorbike to catch it. The van was comfortable but seatbelts didn't seem to work. Fast and scary driving but still 2 hours late.
There was a short stop at their siem reap depot with toilets. There was a 30 minute stop at a service station with very good toilets, a convenience store and cafe and a lakeside restaurant. The food was all khmer and i didn't find anything vegetarian in the restaurant. Ok coffee though.
The driver spoke English enough to tell me how long we would stop etc. And if requested he could find another toilet stop, though obviously this would make things slower.
Overall, having used a number of other travel companies in Cambodia i would say this is a good one.

Wir hatten hin und zurück einen Super-Driver, der uns sicher und geschickt durch den. Kambodschanischen Verkehr befördert hat. Dabei blieb er weit unter der vorher angegebenen Fahrzeit. Der Bus war gut klimatisiert. Bequeme Situe mit genug Beinfreiheit.

Was a good trip but maybe you can explain more how to get through the border between Thailand and Cambodia, avoid scam et taking good decision
Otherwise, the trip was good and buses nice and confortable !

Départ avec 1h de retard, conduite dangereuse pour rattraper le retard (arrivée à l’heure cependant). Climatisation assez faible. Sièges très confortables. 2 pauses dont 1 pour déjeuner. Van non verrouillé, laissé à tourner lors de la pause déjeuner de 30 minutes, sûrement pour garder la climatisation allumée mais pas terrible pour être serein lorsque l’on a toutes ses affaires dedans (rien n’a pour autant été volé). Le prix reste très correct comparé à l’avion. C’est un compromis à faire ou non.

It's good. But it will be much better if they could actually help us or assist us at the boarder line during immigration something.. we paid at immigration for 100baht and my friends 3dollars each. We don't know why.. we just paid for it since we're afraid that we won't be able to cross the boarder if we refuse to do so. And we almost got lost. We're not able to find the bus immediately. Cause no sign boards or no personnel waiting for us outside the boarder.

Finding the right place to take the minivan was a challenge but they have been very helpful to get me there and waited for me. The minivan driver have been very nice and helpful too. The minivan was very comfy and new.

It was really cold in the bus. They didn’t say when we were at the border and we needed to go out. We waited for an hour to cross the border and than 2 hours after we crosses the border so we arrived 4 hours later in Bangkok.

The bus did reach Bangkok on time. The journey was good and the seat ok to sleep on. However we were all puzzled why the bus left just after midnight and stood to get into Thailand border for 3 hours. The bus driver told us that the border opens at 6am. So why leave 3 hours early? Also the joining instructions at the other side of the border were not clear. Although the driver did explain it, when we reached the other side of the border, some of us were lost and could not find the meeting point. The driver was good.
I also found the air con was set very high and it was very cold in the bus.

The bus didn’t stopped for a toilet break. We asked the driver if we could stop to take a pee but he keeps on ignoring us. The driver drives so fast and we felt that it is not safe. He did not even tell us that we are already in Phnom Penh. We alight at the bus stop to pee and we only realized that it was already our stop because our luggages were taken out of the cabin.
The beds are so small. Will not ride this bus ever again.

The time of departured was with 15 min delay but the bus was the good, the driver sometimes made a crazy overtaking but the normal un this kind of countries. The arrival time was with 1,5hour delay because the trafic was crazy in cambodia.

Terrible. The ground attendants were not hospitable and kept asking for details that can be found at the e-receipt that I was showing to them. I'm just glad it left on time.
We were all pissed by the fact that it wasn't a sleeper bus

Did not drop off at location indicated online. Booked hostel based on understanding it would be walking distance from drop off point. Drive was otherwise okay.

5 star! We took it back and forth and it made our travels o easy. Wonderful option to travel within Cambodia. Our stuff kept well in storage, the staff are nice. They work efficiently. My only tip for travelers is buying two seats in advance so you’ll have a bed to yourself. We did it both ways. Thumbs up!!

The bus was ok, and we could sleep through, but it should be stated that you have to change buses in Phnom Penh. We were woken up a bit too roughly and were told contradicting things. It also took more time to get to Sihanoukville, which could be be an issue if you have a connecting boat, like us.

It was a hotel bus and we took it overnight for 5 hrs. Slept like a baby. It was clean and cheap. Would recomend!

Pas de bouteilles d'eau , pas de wifi , couchette pas confortable , dure , arrêts fréquents ( service colis ) .pas d arrêts reél pour les passagers, ( ca descends, ca remonte, ) Même conducteur pendant les 10 h sur une route cabossée !!! ( j ai pris des bus au Cambodge pour 8 h deux chauffeurs , arrêts toutes les 2 h , petit en cas avec tarifs similaires ) bref à améliorer grave !!

From Battambang to another city we were driven by a small Van which as uncomfortable... Then we were waiting 20 mins for a bus. Bu ms however, was really comfortable with internet working all the time!!

They picked us up in time, the staff was super friendly and helpful at the boarder and the bus was big (no mini van) and had air condition. We had a good journey.
The WiFi didn’t work that well, but I could use it for checking my e-mails, at least. But you can’t count on the WiFi if you want to do some google-research.
All in all it was a good trip and I would book it again, especially for crossing a boarder.

I love that the travel is safe. We changed 3 buses, I'm assuming that's part of that. The pillows and blankets and the windows are DIRTY. PLEASE be more hygienic. When we do the switch, they don't change them. When we reached the border of Vietnam and went to immigration the man who collected our passports is a bit rude. I don't take it personally as maybe he just doesn't know how to phrase his words but he is perceived as a bit rude.

The staff and service were just as good when we used their service from Bangkok to Siem Reap - good and helpful staff, comfortable ride and everyone was briefed on what to do when crossing the border..Will use this bus when I want to travel back to Siem Reap..

Very loud music during the whole trip even when we asked to turn it down. Only 2 stops after 2 hours drive which were 20 minutes apart during a 6h drive

Service ok. Free water, a blanket, pillow, a plug and AC (a bit broken so we could not control the amount of air coming out). You have to be okay with sleeping with a lot of noise. Otherwise it was good.

Great seats, friendly staff. But leaving it at 3 stars only because:
1) There were no seat belts
2) WiFi did not work at any point
3) The border crossing instructions were not really clear

Сама поездка прошла хорошо... Слабоват работал кондиционер, но терпимо. Единственное неприятная история получилась с Е визой,,, когда за печать на границе попросили ещё дополнительно по 200 бат,, ещё по приезду на нас было нападение тук-тук киров ,, но я так поняла, что это нормальная ситуация для Камбоджи,,, поездкой в автобусе довольна.. Пользоваться этой компанией можно :-)

Bus attendants were lovely. Bus could have been more comfortable and bathroom was gross.
