สำหรับราคาค่าโดยสารของตั๋วรถบัส จะขึ้นอยู่กับจุดหมายปลายทางและชั้นที่นั่งที่คุณเลือก แต่ในสำหรับเส้นทางที่ยาวนานการเลือกจองรถ VIP จะเป็นอะไรที่ตอบโจทย์มากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการเดินทางแบบข้ามคืนที่จะทำให้คุณประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับค่าที่พักโรงแรมไปได้ รถบัสนอนหรือรถวีไอพีจะมีเบาะนั่งที่สามารถปรับเอนนอนได้ ขนาดกว้าง นั่งสบาย อีกทั้งยังมีบริการอาหารว่าง และห้องน้ำในตัวรถอีกด้วย

- รถบัสหรือรถทัวร์จะเส้นทางที่ครอบคลุมมากที่สุดในประเทศ ซึ่งในบางพื้นที่หากคุณต้องการเดินทางไปไม่สามารถเดินทางได้โดยเครื่องบินหรือรถไฟ
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก็เวลาออกเดินทางนานหลายชั่วโมง เพราะเดี๋ยวนี้ขั้นตอนในการเช็คอินเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งตรงกันข้ามกับการเดินทางโดยเครื่องบิน (ยกเว้นในกรณีที่คุณยังไม่ได้ซื้อตั๋วรถ มันก็ไม่แปลกที่คุณจะต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก่อนเวลาหลายชั่วโมง)
- ตั๋วรถโดยสารราคาไม่แพง หากคุณมีงบจำกัดการเลือกใช้บริการรถบัสรถทัวร์ในการเดินทางน่าจะเป็นอะไรที่ตอบโจทย์คุณมากที่สุด ยกเว้นแต่คุณเลือกจองตั๋วรถทัวร์ประเภทชั้นที่นั่งแบบ vip หรือชั้น 1 ราคาตั๋วโดยสารก็จะมีราคาแพง แต่เมื่อเทียบกับความสะดวกสบายที่คุณจะได้รับมันก็คุ้ม

- การเลื่อนตั๋วรถโดยสาร หรือ คืนตั๋วรถโดยสาร บางครั้งไม่สามารถทำได้ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของแต่ละที่ (อาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมเรียกเก็บ) เพราะฉะนั้นก่อนการซื้อตั๋วโดยสารทุกครั้งจะต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจก่อนว่า วันที่ เวลา และจุดหมายปลายทางถูกต้องหรือไม่

Confortable bus, clean, toilets are usable, a bit cold but they give you a blanket.
I booked the front seats on website, but seat number didn't match so I was 2nd row.
One stop at 2am where you can grab food.

Easy travel. We had some technical problem on one seat, the part for feet was broken. They tried to force one of us to sit on that broken seat, we refused. Then a technician comes to do a quick repair and they stop to fight with us.
After that everything was cool.

Bus was good- VIP is very spacious. Don’t get the back as it’s bumpy! But we had no choice as no seats were left. It did arrive an hour and a half late so just make sure you’ve got plenty of gap time if you’re connecting. It was dropped us off at a different bus terminal. Normally wouldn’t matter to us but this put us ima position with untrustworthy taxi drivers and no metered taxis which caused stress and extra money. Just be prepared!

It was very cold from air conditioner, in the morning stewardess took away the blankets, but the trip took another hour, and was not very comfortable.

Best bus I ever get to ride. Super comfortable, huge space for yourself and your belongings, AC not to cold, water, fruit juice, snacks.. etc Highly recommend it !

Everything was fine, especially for that price. Bus was clean, also the toilets. We made one stop for 20min (staff told me that extra in eng, because i was the only foreigner), they provided blankets, water, soymilk and a little sweet snack. Arrived on time. I couldnt really sleep, but i think its just me. Cannot agree with the problem for the check in, because everything was sign out for the bus check ins. Go to the booth number as said on the ticket, they will give you another sheet where they write onto which platform the bus leaves. At that number is again staff to help you enter the bus and with your luggage. Would book again. Also 10 mins to enter the bus is enough, before that you can relax at the multiple food stalls at the bus terminal, buy a pillow or go to the toilets.

Stacja źle oznaczona. Tajowie kieruja cię z góry na dół- raz na zewnątrz raz do środka. Pół godz szukania platformy z pomocą tubylcow???? w busie dużo miejsca na nogi ale klimatyzacja zabija. Steward nie mówi po angielsku jak było obiecane. Ale ogólnie ciekawa przygoda ????

Horrible food, lights were turned on everytime, and the bus was delayed more than one hour because it stopped almorst every 5 blocks. I don't recommend people to take this bus

I traveled the VIP bus before and this one was not at all comfortable, the AC was on full blast and even though I had bundled myself up in many layers I was freezing and couldn't sleep. The bus driver was awful at driving, not at all smooth like my previous experience.

Very uncomfortable trip. Small seats (and I'm a small girl so I can't imagine for a tall person), no space for legs at all (my knees kept bumping on the front seat) which is problematic for a 12h ride where we are supposed to sleep (but could barely)
Gave us a bottle of water but no snacks (which differed from another company who did for the same price)

Everything provided as described - blankets, water, soya milk, coke and a small snack. A lot of space for legs, adjustable seats, all good. Staff didn't communicate in English, but was helpful when needed.

Clean but old. Not sure if the blankets were clean as they were not inside a plastic and just draped over the back of the chair. Would have been better if the massage chair worked all night otherwise it's a good ride. Attendant nice and diligent in providing the snacks and necessities. Not luxurious, just comfortable.

Viaje tranquila, aunque larga. El colectivo hace paradas para que se pueda comprar algo de tomar y comer. Los asientos no son tan incómodos. Se puede ponerlos en posición “semi cama”, para que te relajes y vienen con agua, jugo, un pancito de regalo y una manta para protegerte del frío.
El señor, que guarda las valijas y que acompaña al chofer es muy simpático y educado.

The seats were huge and comfy- I slept like a baby! It did get a little cold at night, but I would just bring long pants to change into. The man doing to the luggage was a total sweetheart! He helped me with my luggage three times and was very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and I would ride with them again.

I was little bit too tall for seats and couldn't charge my phone at bus, Movies were good.... but dubbed to thai and no english sub. Otherwise very comfy ride with snack and one meal and good service.

Vip bus was old,no the cleanest. Wc too. Another vip bus with free wifi,this havent.
Free snack ,cola and.water and.milk. staff good.
Drivers can be drive little safest,but here is normal.
Next time I will fly.

Definitely get your money's worth with this trip! The bus left on time and we even arrived early! Seats are comfortable enough but could always have more padding. But overall it was great - blankets were provided along with a snack, a bottle of water and some soy milk.

The ticket didn't state clearly that I needed to go to the desk UPSTAIRS first and then come back downstairs aftwerwards. Almost missed my bus. The VIP24 bus was very nice though (the seat gives you a back massage). Bring warm clothes even though you get a blanket. Snacks are free. No plug socket so charge your phone first.

Really no complaints. At the one stop it was not clear how long we were stopping for. (They said "12 minutes" but out was much longer than that.)
My stop, Kura buri was clearly announced. But if I had slept through that, I would have had a big problem.

Not so many movies avalaible. Most of them without english subtitles. No Wifi. No power supply. No USB socket. They didn't tell us the food at the stop was included. Seats were good. And the bus arrived on time.

For those who read this rating : don t be late. Bus left at 8:26 pm, so 4 minutes before scheduled. It is asked to be present 30 mins before departure. No complaining but be aware of that ! American movies in Thai language will bother you until 11pm but it was pretty quiet after that. I would add that most of Thai people didn t even care about the movie (loud!). Thai behavior maybe, but i think it s pretty old fashionned in 2016. My thai seat neigbhor was watching a movie on her phone with earplugs... we got to destination on time. Ok, but improvements can be done. Ordering via 12go.asia was pretty easy and convenient. Good point.

Movies only in Thai. 3 beverages (soy milk, cola and water) and one complimentary snack... I would prefer 3 snacks and a bottle of water. VIP24 is very confortable and the stops were in nice places. The seats have massage fonction that did not worked this time. Air cond is too cold. No wifi. The bus stopped in Northern bus terminal first and we were happy to be able to get out there.
