Kim Transfers Thailand
Kim Transfers Thailand

With no information, we wasted about 1 hour in Bangkok before we could leave for hua in.
We were transferred to another vehicle to continue.

Pleasant experience! Driver came 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, received a call & notified of driver’s arrival. The driver didn’t speak much English but we didn’t have to converse much since everything is set. Definitely would use this service again for early morning flights!

Fine, driver was on time, no problem
I had specified the destination to 12go when booking, and to the taxi company in response to an email. However, this information had not been received by the driver. It was OK for us as we could agree the destination with the driver, but might cause a problem for others

Trayecto perfecto y a tiempo.

Very well organised. Driver contacted us couple of days before to make sure all details are correct. Driver was more than punctual, super friendly, and brought a perfectly equipped minivan including party lights and music system for the ride.

Our driver was lovely!! Only thing I would point out they made contact via email and WhatsApp which wasn't a problem as we flew with an airline that has WiFi on board but may not be the same for everyone

driver was very nice and accommodating. I hadn't eaten, so he stopped for us to have lunch. When I asked to change the plans at the last minute, he was happy to help me. I was SO glad he could speak English so this could get worked out. He was also a safe and excellent driver. Very pleased with the service.

Driver was very nice and couŕteous was waiting for us before arrival. He waited by the meeting point at gate 3. We however stood just outside arrival gate A as per the paperwork directions. So only a small comment to advise go to the meeting point on the paperwork would have saved a little time. There were many other drivers also at meeting point. In fairness I did receive several messages by what's app & email to confirm meeting point but until I had a Wi-Fi my phone remained off so I didn't get these until later.
Overall good service and value for money. Have used again since and found same excellent reliability.

The driver was extremely punctual (about 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time) at the hotel. The vehicle (an air-conditioned van) was in excellent condition, both visually and mechanically. It was super comfortable and very spacious. The driver (Thata?) drove reliably. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Water bottles were also provided. Excellent service!

We had to change pick up time which we could change with the company, no problem. However, the driver who picked us up had no idea where we wanted to go also specified when booking. We had to show her on her mobile phone.

Everything was spot on. From the pick-up at Ranong Pier to Rawai. The driver was excellent, with a smooth driving style and occasional short breaks at PTT stations. The price is reasonable for this longer journey. On top of that, free water was provided for the journey.

Very good ride and the most helpful driver!
We had flight delay and the risk to miss our ferry (last ferry on that day). The driver waited for us despite the flight delay (30 minutes). Furthermore he helped us by calling the ferry company to take care that the ferry waits for us.
Thanks a lot for the Support!
