ผมได้พูดคุยกับคนขับ/บริษัททางโทรศัพท์แล้ว พวกเขาแจ้งว่าผมจองกระชั้นชิดเกินไป จึงไม่สามารถจัดหารถให้ผมได้ทันเวลา และพวกเขายังบอกอีกว่ารู้สึกแปลกใจว่าทำไมการจองของผมถึงได้รับการยืนยัน ทั้งที่ไม่มีรถว่างให้บริการ กรุณาจัดหาคน

Ausgezeichnet, super netter Fahrer der sehr aufrichtig war und auf unsere Wünsche auch während der Fahrt einging. Nur zu Empfehlen!! Wir kamen perfekt bei der Fähre an und mussten keine 10 Minuten warten, wurden dann bis zum Hotel gebracht.

Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Er sprach zwar kein Englisch, wir konnten aber gut über eine Übersetzungs-App kommunizieren. Das Auto war kein ISUZU-SUV wie auf dem Foto abgebildet, sondern ein chinesisches Elektroauto. Dieses bot erstaunlich viel Platz und war super leise. Der Fahrer hatte einen sehr angenehmen Fahrstil. Schnell, aber nicht rabiat, zügig, aber nicht gefährlich. Wir haben zwei Pausen eingelegt, wann und wo wir wollten. Wir werden diesen Service auch für die Rückfahrt von Coach nach Bangkok nutzen. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Fahrer haben wir schnell und problemlos direkt hinter dem Ausgang gefunden. Wir hatten eine sehr große und saubere Limousine.

We get a taxi to get safe from point A to B. The most important thing is safety. Everything else comes later. The driver drove too fast at times. And he didn't have two hands on the weel. And he was calling one or two times. About the rest of service: the driver was early, which was great. He arranged a stop with toilet break and 7 eleven. Perfect. Also his English was better than most Thai, also a plus. But again, safety is the most important. So next time (for 5 stars): two hands on the weel all the time, handsfree calling (prefer not at all!) and drive at a normal pace, no rush.

Taxi was on Time. We had a good short break. Had been upgraded to a van and the 12go.Asia responded on a question to the taxi company quite quick.

Booked a taxi for 2 persons but got a minivan instead. Minivan was more expensive and therefor 12go.asia saw it as an upgrade....

Le chauffeur n'était pas prudent. Nous avons payé plus cher pour avoir un véhicule privé et au lieu de cela nous avons eu un vieux van. Le chauffeur nous a passé quelqu'un au téléphone qui nous a dis que nous étions que deux dans le van donc nous serions confortables. Nous n'étions pas d'accord mais le véhicule étant là nous n'avions pas le choix. C'est un choix bien plus polluant. De plus le conducteur était imprudent.

From start to finish everything went smoothly - easy to operate Web page in booking to actual pick up, the communication at Phuket Airport was first class. The journey to Surat Thani ran almost exactly to the time line given by the driver. The vehicle was comfortable for the long journey. Would recommend this service to anyone

Fahrer holte uns pünktlich mit einem Namensschild am Flughafen ab. Er war sehr höflich, es gab kaltes Wasser. Bei der Pause gab er uns genug Zeit, sodass unser Kind auch etwas Essen konnte. Gratis Wifi im Auto. Sehr professionell und freundlich, empfehlenswert.

Very well managed pickup and bringing to the destination. Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled and the driver was already waiting in the arrival lobby. Instead of car we got an aircon van with lot of space for only two of us. It was very relaxing ride to hotel after tiresome two flights travel with a layover inbetween.

The driver was already waiting for us when we arrived with a sign with my name and kindly took my bags It was so hot in the car. I had asked him to turn up the AC but he did not understand English and just pointed to the dials... it was already in high. He must have been aware that the car does not get cool enough as I noticed there were 2 tiny battery operated fans on the floor pointing toward us that I really couldn’t feel anyway Not sure about using this again Not too impressed as a first timer

Phuket Stadt nach Khao Sok Hoteltransfer. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und fuhr uns sicher zum Khao Sok Nationalpark. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei 12go.asia buchen.

Alles problemlos geklappt, Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hat einige Tipps gegeben und beim vorbeifahren auch einiges erklärt. Gerade im Bezug auf den Tsunami und Märkte.

Fahrer sprach sehr schlecht englisch und war ab und zu unaufmerksam. Fuhr oft zu schnell auf andere Autos auf und machte dann wieder eine Vollbremsung. War sehr unangenehm. Es gab 3 kurze Zwischenstopps für Toiletten, Beine vertreten und Checkpoint. Nach ca. 6 Stunden sind wir dann heil im Hotel angekommen, es gab 2 mal kostenlos Wasser.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Sehr nett der Fahrer. Es gab ein Wasser für die Fahrt und nach der halben Tour ein Stop an einer Tankstelle mit 7 eleven um die Toilette zu nutzen. Also, nochmal 's keine Beanstandungen von uns. Gern wieder...

Erste mal gebucht. Wir mussten zwingend eine relativ lange Strecke zu der festen Uhrzeit zurücklegen. Der Fahrer war super pünktlich und sehr nett. Das Auto war sauber und sehr vertrauenswürdig.

Driver was present at our hotel lobby half an hour before schedule time, he loaded our bags into the vehicle for us. We were provided with 2 bottles of water and advised us we could stop however frequently we needed. Great trip
