Die Buchung war sehr einfach, der Preis sehr gut. Wartezeiten nicht zu lang, aber Bus war extrem langsam. Infos zur Änderung des Transfers wären hilfreich.

Die Fahrt dauert viel länger als angegeben! Ich habe die Bewertungen vorher gelesen und dachte, es könnte eine Ausnahme sein oder sie hatten ein weit entferntes Hotel, aber der Transfer dauerte tatsächlich 2,5 Stunden länger als geschätzt, ohne besonderen Grund. Wir kamen um 18:30 Uhr im Hotel an (und waren die ersten, die abgesetzt wurden). Zusammengefasst war die Fahrt ziemlich anstrengend. Viele Wartezeiten und der Minibus war sehr ungemütlich. Aber zwei Sterne, weil es keine andere Verbindung von Koh Kood nach Pattaya gibt (soweit ich weiß). Also besser als nichts.

The trip takes way longer than told! I read the reviews before and thought it might was an exception or they had a hotel far away, but the transfer took indeed 2,5 hours longer than estimated, without any special reason. We arrived at 6:30 p.m in the hotel (and were the first ones that got dropped off). Summarized the trip was pretty exhausting. Lots of waiting time and the minibus was very uncomfortable. But two stars cause there is no other connection from Koh Kood to Pattaya (as far as I know). So better then nothing.

Abholung war 8:30 Uhr, wurde nicht bis 9:05 Uhr abgeholt. Ich sollte um 16 Uhr in Pattaya sein. Kam erst nach 19:15 Uhr in meinem Hotel in Pattaya an... Es gab 3 Transfers, die nicht auf der Reiseroute erwähnt wurden.

Pick up was 8:30am, didn't get picked up till 9:05am. Supposed to be in Pattaya by 4pm. Didn't get to my hotel in Pattaya till after 7:15pm... There were 3 transfers that were not mentioned on the itinerary.

Ein sehr langer, schmerzhafter Reisetag. Bin erst kurz vor 7 Uhr in meinem Hotel angekommen, obwohl es eigentlich 16 Uhr sein sollte. Bitte sorgen Sie für eine reibungslosere und schnellere Reise.

The transfer from the hotel started very well. The pickup was on time, and the boat ride from the hotel was comfortable. The staff both at the information desk and on the boat were very professional and caring. They took us safely to Trat Harbour, where the same friendly service continued.
However, the transfer from Trat Harbour to Pattaya was the worst experience of my life. First, the driver brought along a woman — I assume his girlfriend or wife. The trip was supposed to take from around 15:30 to 20:00, but we didn’t arrive until 22:30.
The driver didn’t speak any English and was eating almost the entire trip, which made the car smell terrible. Both of them were talking loudly and constantly, so it was impossible to rest. He drove slowly (40–60 km/h) on the highway while talking on the phone.
The worst part was when we realized he had gone completely off the route shown on Google Maps. We tried asking where we were going, but he didn’t respond. We ended up in a dark, industrial area that felt unsafe — it was really scary. My brother and I even thought about ordering another taxi but were too afraid to get out.
It turned out the driver had stopped to deliver some broken boat parts for repair — without telling us anything! In a foreign country, late at night, driving recklessly, and giving no information — it was absolutely unacceptable.
Overall, the beginning of the trip was excellent, but the transfer from Trat Harbour to Pattaya completely ruined the experience

We were closer to Bangkok than Pattaya when we were transferred to a minibus to go back to Pattaya. The journey took 90 minutes longer than it should of done.

The pickup was on time at the resort in Koh Kood. The board and the van next to Pattaya were comfortable. We leave at 12:30 from Koh Kood and arrived in Pattaya at 19:30.
We experienced a not direct road in our trip, we made an unexpected pickup adding some time to reach our destination
