Der Van war viel zu voll, sodas die Gepäck Stücke überall im zwischenraum des vans verteilt wurden. Zu lange Wartezeit in Krabi ( wurde vorher von 12Go nicht kommuniziert) fährt dauerte 2 h länger als angegeben

Der Fahrer kam eine Stunde zu spät. Es wurden mehr Leute und Transportgüter eingeladen, als Plätze verfügbar wären. Es wurden unzählige Stationen angefahren und Pakete ausgefahren. Statt wie angegeben um 14 Uhr war ich um 17 Uhr, mit 3 Stunden Verspätung im Hotel. Das ist nicht mehr akzeptabel. Man teilte mir erst vor Ort mit, dass mein gebuchtes Hotel angeblich nicht angefahren werden kann. Ich musste mich um einen eigenen Transport kümmern.

Driver does not keep distance with other vehicles, ended up almost hitting a scooter due to non anticipation, overtake other vehicles in sharp turns, does not speak English very well and gets impatient when we try to ask him to repeat (three people from the airport were supposed to be added in the van already full?). Sorry but only one star because drivers do not realize they have 9 lives with them in the van.

Everything was fine. We left 15 min early (which was mentioned in the description to arrive 30 min before arrival) and we were on time on the island. Of course it took 30 months longer until my hotel. English communication with driver was a bit difficult but I felt comfortable and safe.

This trip was just fine and arrived at the puck up & destination at the listed time. The only thing I didn’t realize is it was two vans. One that ends in krabi and another that picks you if from there (for Khao Lak to Koh Lanta). So there was await in Krabi but it fir into the timeline. This was a very low price for a four hour trip so I’m happy with the results :)

Drivers were rude, poor standard of driving- dangerous undertaking and getting too close to car in front. Paid for hotel drop off but was dropped off on side of main road, a 5 minute walk from the hotel with no explanation of where to go.

The driver was half an hour late. There were too many people and too much luggage for the minivan. Two people had to sit in the car for over two hours without proper seats (seatbelts, etc.). The driver did try his best to stow all the luggage, though. The journey also took 6 hours instead of the stated 5 hours.

Mr Kawajit drove quite recklessly, speeding over the speed limit a lot. He seemed to feel pressure to go as fast as possible. If this pressure came from the company, this is not good. He tailgated most of the time, which we did not appreciate. He was polite enough but could use some driving lessons.
