Marius Wir wurden darüber informiert das unser Bus kaputt ist und auf Grund dessen wir umgeplannt werden. Das ganze nachdem wir schon über stunde auf den Transfer an der uns mitgeteilten Adresse gewartet haben.
Nun sind wir nach mehr als 3 Stunden in einen Bus eingecheckt worden der nach Nha Trang fährt um dann dort Stunden später in einen ander Bus nach Hoi An zu kommen.
Es war etwas anders geplant.
Und von wegen vip Bus! Das Ding ist eher ein Postauto das alle 20 Minuten einen Halt macht um etwas einzuladen oder auszuladen. Die Mitarbeiter rauchen drin während der Fahrt ! Im Bus! Und die elektrik funktioniert auch nicht.
Keine Möglichkeit um ein Smartphone zu laden da die USB ports nicht funktionieren. Auf dem Bildschirm kein Signal und die Klimaanlage in der Box kaputt!
Also was soll ich da sagen?
Es ist ein Desaster.
Für meine Fahrt von hoi an nach hanoi habe ich immer noch keine Bestätigung also werde ich wahrscheinlich fliegen um das nicht nochmal zu erleben.
Der einzige Trost ist das ein Mitarbeiter sich über WhatsApp um uns kümmert.
Jedoch ist das für mich und meine Frau alles Streß pur!
Wir stehen 30 Minuten und laden Obst auf an einer Tankstelle auf.
All das steht nicht in der Beschreibung der Fahrt.
Nach dem wir in Nha Trang angekommen waren hat und der Veranstalter ein Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellt um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken: das war der horror! Wir haben nur die Koffer da abgestellt den irgend etwas dort anfassen wollten wir nicht! Eine Zumutung! 4 Stunden später ist der zweite Bus ( Postauto) losgefahren Richtung Hoi An der war auch nicht VIP abgenutzt die decken Rochen als ob diese seit Monaten nicht gewachsen worden und es war schmutzig.
Immer hin hat die Klimaanlage funktioniert.
Alles in allem war es eine schlechte Erfahrung und keinen cent (VND) wert.
Uns ging dadurch ein ganzer Tag Urlaub verloren den wir nicht wieder kriegen!
Die Firma hat uns angeboten 300.000 VND zu erstatten Jedoch reagieren die nicht mehr.
Eigentlich müsste ich die Fahrt komplett erstattet bekommen da es einfach eine Zumutung war!

Metin Wir wurden an unserem Zielort rausgelassen. Anschließend hat uns ein Van in die Nähe der Stadt gebracht. Dort hatte wiederum ein anderer Fahrer gewartet, der uns in unsere Unterkunft nach Hoi An gebracht hat. Der Service hat uns nichts zusätzlich gekostet. Der Bus war sauber und bequem. Am besten nimmt man sich paar Snacks mit, da an den Rastplätzen das Essen nicht so ansprechend ist. Alles in allem kann ich die Fahrt mit dem Bus sehr empfehlen.

Jemima NDO NOT GET ON THE BUS!
This was our first experience with a sleeper bus and it was awful.
The first red flag was that we were picked up in a dodgy mini van, and driven to another place to get the bus and it was literally full of dirt and rubbish. They loaded our bags onto the bus and then when we left the place loaded our bags onto beds and had put all sorts under the bus like motorbikes and cardboard boxes.
The driver is so rude, who do you think you are. He was smoking and drinking, the smoking was consistent and coming through the aircon, all of our clothes stank and it made us feel very ill.
The toliet smell was disgusting, it was a consistent smell of urine all through the night.Which would build up as the flush wouldn’t work.
The staff don’t speak a word of english, which is fine but their attitude towards the passengers was disgusting and disgraceful.
We are two girls, and didn’t feel safe what so ever. Worst 18 hours of my life. Please just don’t come if you have booked it.

Paz FMy original booking was changed because they never told me the depart location wasn't the one on my ticket, so when I manage to contact them they just put me on the next bus, but I had to wait a long time, and again, nobody told me about the new departure place so there was no possibility for me to get on my original bus.

Nathalie OWe went with the ”VIP Cabin Bus by Dinh Nhan” from Ho Chi Minh to Hoi An. The bus was 5/5, you got a little comfortable cabin with massage in it. You could sit and also fix the seat to lay down for sleep. My boyfriend is 1.92cm and he just fit in the cabin. We did some stops on the way. They also have a toilet. I’m so happy with this ride genuinely since I’ve heard som horror stories from other busses but this was very much to recommend!!

Nils PMy bus got canceled once I was at the station; I was given another bus which was worth 300 000 VND less than my ticket. The bus was clean but my seat was very tight. I was supposed to go to Hoi An and the bus drove me to Da Nang so I had to take a cab to finally get to my destination.

Ramille FI was supposed to be dropped off at Hoi An but the drivers didn't even passed through the city. They stopped at a petrol station at Da Nang and just told me and the other girl to get out of the bus. The company arrange a car but once the taxi driver asked where we were supposed to be dropped he said the company hadn't paid to go that far, so we had to pay extra to get where we were supposed do go.
