Perfekt. Wir kamen zum Check-In und es wurden uns die Boarding Quittungen gegeben. 5 Min bevor das Boot kam, wurden wir am Steg abgeholt und zum Boot gebracht.

We turned up really early and they changed our ticket so we could get the earlier boat that was just about to leave. Really helpful and boat journey great.

Very poor communication. Did not issue us with a final ticlet. Had to ask a lot of different operators to finally get our ticket. Not how other companies operate.

A slight mix up with regards boat departing time, my sheet saud 1130, the boat captain said 0930. But apart from this everything went well and we arrived at our new accommodation in plenty time to enjoy the afternoon.

All good except trying to get the suitcases onto the public boat from the shore was interesting. The driver left us at the entrance to the airport rather than brought us in which was unexpected. It was a fairly long walk in from where he left us with luggage. The whole thing was cheaper than the fast boat though and therefore good value for money so I’d recommend it but just be prepared for sone difficulties if you have luggage.

Great service from the operator, we did have to stand as there were no seats left on the boat but it was only a 15 min trip so no big drama. Friendly and helpful staff.
