Interesting the floating houses but bad organized. One hour late. Without toilet on board the boat was Ok. But because of low water in the river we were carried with all the luggage, which we had to hold, on a pickup about 10 miles on a terrible way. Expensive further.

Journey takes at least six hours, not four as listed in the description. Boat departed 8am, later than suggested in the itinerary. Boat pier is at least 15-minutes south of city center by tuk tuk.

The operator let us wait for 1,5h in the boat because we had to wait for two more passengers. How does that make sense making 10 customers who needed to wait unhappy, only to make two customers happy? The boat engine is extremely loud don’t forget your headphones. The trip takes approx. 6 hours not 4.5h as described.

The trip on the water was beautiful and interesting, with a stop at a floating restaurant/supermarket. A nice alternative to the bus.

The duration is more around 7h30 and not 4h30 as announced. Comfort is limited but acceptable. View during the trip of the floating village is just great !!!!

Beautiful trip in the river. They do not tell you but in the dry season at a certain point they put you on a pickup because the river gets too low. You must be a bit adventurous but it’a a fun experienxe
