Andy MThe bus was an hour late to Nha Trang, which i suppose is expected in Vietnam. The ‘cabins’ are good with a blanket and pillow, and also USB charge point. WiFi is good. The TV’s are useless and no way to control them or interact like on a plane with touch screen.
During the night, there were many short stops, but the staff and driver made no attempt to let anybody know they were stopping or for how long etc. You had to just guess.
Finally, random people kept getting on and off throughout the journey, and sleeping in the corridor which was strange but I suppose not terrible either. Just was conscious of anyone wanted to Rob things, this would be an easy way to do it

Shani WGot placed in the back of the bus, which seemed less comfortable and smaller than other reclining seats - but when booking, there didn’t see to be a distinction in seating and only gave one price option. The journey itself was okay.
However negatives, they do not drop you at the location stated. Dropped us off in the middle of a motorway where we were mobbed by taxi drivers. Be aware, grab here is metered. We were 15 mins (drive) from the drop off, which translated to an hour walk to the drop off location on Google Maps. We also arrived 5 hours earlier (was suppose to arrive at 11, but got there at 6am) with no warning - so it was a hurried rush off the bus and resulted in long wait to check in.
It got us where we needed to be but service was lacking and rude.

Steffen FWe traveled with Viet nam Travel bus VIP sleeping bus the whole family. My wife and three children. The trip was generally okay - Reasonably clean cabins with pillows and blankets. Three drivers, who next didn't know a word of English, and were a bit rude. There was no toilet on the bus and they didn't stop for dinner, so buy a lot of snacks in advance. However, they stopped on request when we had to go to the toilet. The television didn't work.
We stopped outside Nhe Trang and had to take a Shufflebus into Nha Trang. they tried to squeeze 14 passengers with luggage into a bus with room for 8. So we took our own taxi

Elma TI got put in the middle seat furthest up front between the driver and another person to my right. I didn't know this was even an option, and frankly i would have liked to receive a discount considering that this was considerably less comfortable than what I expected. Bruce RBus was relatively comfortable. However there was no wifi and the driver didn’t let me off to go to the toilet even while he was stopped at a station for around 5 minutes. So we went around 4 hours or so without being able to use the toilet. Would not recommend

We were in the back for the first half of the travel. Some people left the bus before us, and we were happy to take their seats, so it was less awful when the bus was going on difficult bumpy roads than in the back. We were shouted at by the driver when we tried to change seats. At the next stop, a mother got in with her son and we were 4 people in the back for 3 seats, with the 2 unoccupied seats before us that we were not allowed to take. So he could definitely have let us move.

The place is at the Mayla cafe, search to find the correct address. Also be aware that you will change minibus in Da Nang for some reason. Bus was not too late and arrived at time.
