I booked transportation 24hrs in advance. I asked if hotel pick-up was possible. They said yes. The next day I had to call and text many times to make sure everything was in order. No reply. 10minutes before the original pick-up I was told the bus departs from the main office and that I had to hurry. They finally came to pick me up. This unnecessary stress could have easily been avoided. Other than that all went smoothly.

We were not informed that we had to change vehicles in between. The car we started in wasn't going to our destination and we switched to a different one. The driver(s) drove like maniacs, taking over on the right on the hard shoulder

The van was very clean and they gave you a free water which I appreciated! I took the route from Hanoi to ninh binh which consisted of a few stops along the way to pick up other people which at times was confusing if you weren’t sure where your stop was. It also was confusing when you had to switch cars because you really aren’t sure if you need to. I noticed this caused confusion for other passengers since the drivers don’t give much direction. Luckily, the other driver said they could take them since they are on the list they had. My only advice is to make sure you ask questions so you don’t get off on the wrong stop or get in a van you didn’t need to. Happy travels!

Bus came in pickup point on schedule, but on the outskirts of Hanoi driver dropped off us and said make transfer to another bus. We were waiting for 50 minutes but there was not another bus and we took a taxi to our hotel

The bus was expected to depart at 6:55 but they told us it was a bit late and it would arrive at 7:30. At 7:40 a CAR came and picked us up. After 15 minutes, it dropped us off and we got into a VAN. The van was very comfortable and it even had some massage function in some seats. We arrived to Hanoi and suddenly a guy was yelling at us (apparently to leave the van). We have to admit we were a bit scared because we were far from Hanoi city centre. The moved us into a small car and the guy drove us to the final destination. In the end, and after 3 means of transport, we arrived to our destiny with no issues but everything was weird as they couldn't speak English to explain what was going on.
