เกี่ยวกับ ซีทราน
หากคุณวางแผนเดินทางที่จะไปเที่ยวเกาะสวยๆต่างๆ แน่นอนว่าคุณไม่สามารถที่จะเลื่อนการเดินทางโดยใช้เรือข้ามฟากหรือเรือเฟอร์รี่ได้ เพราะจุดหมายปลายทางบางแห่งจะมีเรือข้ามฟากที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ขนาดใหญ่และมีความเสถียรภาพมากกว่าในการเดินทาง ซึ่งในบางเส้นทางจะใช้ “เรือเร็ว” หรือ “เรือคาตามารัน” ที่มีขนาดเล็กและเร็วกว่า ส่วนใหญ่แล้วจะเหมาะกับเส้นทางที่ใช้ระยะเวลาสั้นๆ 1-2 ชั่วโมง เป็นต้น
หากใครที่รู้ตัวว่ามีอาการเมาเรือ แนะนำให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางโดยใช้เรือคาตามารัน ให้เลือกเป็นเรือเร็ว (หรือที่บางคนเรียกว่าเรือด่วน / สปีดโบ๊ท) แทน เพราะสามารถโต้คลื่นและตัดคลื่นน้ำได้ดีทำให้การเดินทางไม่สะดุด นอกจากนี้การนั่งบนดาดฟ้ากลางแจ้งบนเฟอร์รี่ ก็สามารถช่วยลดอาการคลื่นไส้จากคลื่นสูงๆได้

ข้อเสียในการเดินทางด้วยเรือ
- อาการเมาเรือ ปัญหาหลักของใครหลายๆคนที่มักจะพบเจอได้บ่อย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเส้นทางที่ต้องใช้เวลาในการเดินทางค่อนข้างนาน แถมเจอคลื่นสูง เจอแรงเหวี่ยงหรือแรงกระแทกของเรือกับคลื่นน้ำ ยิ่งทำให้เกิดอาการมวนท้อง คลื่นไส้ อยากอาเจียน หากคุณรู้ตัวว่าคุณมีอาการดังกล่าวแนะนำให้ทานยาก่อนการเดินทางอย่างน้อยครึ่งชั่วโมง
- ข้อเสียอีกอย่างหนึ่งของการเดินทางด้วยเรือคือ สภาพอากาศ เพราะเราไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้เลยว่าวันนี้คลื่นลมทางทะเลจะเป็นอย่างไร อาจส่งผลให้การออกเดินทางล่าช้าหรือมีการยกเลิกเที่ยวเรือดังกล่าวออกไป เพราะฉะนั้นคุณควรคำนึงถึงความเป็นไปได้ในข้อนี้ด้วย

Excellent, on time and and helpful staff who help with suitcase. Top banana. Will definitely use again 🙏
As for the pdf I think for some longer journeys should have a full itinerary. For example if your on a bus for 8 hours before get to ferry then a 30 mins ferry it should give the exact timings of each form of transport. Overall 12go and the ferry I used are excellent. Thanks

Waited for 2 hours on the bus stationed and the pier before leaving - We were told that our final destination would be Krabi Bus Terminal WITH all connections guaranteed! This was not the case as we were left on the side of a road 25 minutes away from the Bus Station. Also, we were told we have to pay the driver 400 baht to go to our hotel even though it was in the area which led us to getting a Grab Taxi. The attitude of the people on the ground when we got off was appalling and because we would not use their rip-off taxi service we wore yelled at to get off their property!

Good overall. First bus was very comfortable, they gave you a bottle of water, some biscuits and a blanket. It stopped once at a big venue that had different food stalls and bathroom (and if you had your ticket you could get a discount on food). Bus arrived early in the morning around 5 to a place that didn’t look much like a bus station, we were told the next bus wouldn’t come for another hour but we left within 30 minutes - you can also buy a shuttle service to your hostel/hotel on Koh Samui here but it is a bit pricier then when you arrive. As we arrived at the pier we just followed the crowd guessing that was the right way to go. The ferry took a while and we arrived later than planned but there was practically no one on it so you could lay down on the seats and such.

All in all it was quiet good. Unfortunately we arrived over 1 hour earlier (4am), so we couldn't sleep anymore and had to wait even longer to check in our hotel for the stay in bangkok.

I am a little disappointed to find that a foldable travel bag was stolen from a zippered pouch on my luggage which was left unattended with all the other large suitcases at the front of the ferry. I was expecting more honest workers.

Very helpful and organized staff. They behave to us and our luggage with care and were very proactive to women with big suitcases.
Big difference when I compare this super services with Lomprayah -This year more times Lomprayah behave to my suitcase like pigs - very badly they theow and pul to the rough beton floor in port every rucksack - they completely desteoyed the new surface of luggages. Also this year 2x was stg broken in my luggage..So I was very nicely surprised. There was only very little staff according to Lomprayah but very nicely organized and naturally proactive and efficent - So I recommend this guys instead of Lomprayah .

Wir wurden schon nach der Gepäckabholung erwartet und gut und sicher zum Pier gebracht. Voucher gegen Fährticket eingetauscht und gut abgeliefert. Alles problemlos.

Abholung am Airport, Transfer zum Pier hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Nur der Fahrer des Busses war etwas mürrisch. Fähre in Ordnung und sogar die Toiletten waren sauber und funktionierten einwandfrei.

The boat was delayed 20 minutes. No direction signs on pier (there were several gates and it was hard to know where is the one you need). After the boarding everything was ok, the bus right after the boat, arrived at the airport on time. Thank you!

Flight was bumpy, and seats very narrow, flight was really packed @air asia . Otherwise really smooth experince with 12 go asia, everything is always on the dot on time, very helpful and friendly. Seatran was great with cozy bus and high speed ferry, ferry was a little over packed from ko samui to ko Taathoa not everybody had seats,

That was way smoother and cozier than expected. The start was a bit confusing but it was eventually sorted out by waiting at Ko Lanta Saladan Pier when somebody came to pick us up (at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM as written on a ticket). The travel was made in four stages:
1. Van - Pickup at Ko Lanta Saladan Pier at 8AM (instead of 7AM), a guy came to collect us - 1h ride
2. Bus - From Krabi to pier on north (we got tickets to ferry and taxi here) - aprox. 1h wait and chill here + 3h ride
3. High-speed ferry - From the pier to Koh Samui and then Koh Phangan - 2h ride
4. Private van taxi to any hotel at Koh Phangan (just tell them where you're going and write it down on your ticket before) - for us 20 min drive
Recommended for travelers from Southern islands to Northern islands :)

Booked a trip from Phangan to Samui. 300 THB per Person. 30 Minutes.
Everything alright but it was hard to get a seat outside.
Note to everybody: let the staff help you with the luggage and do not do it by your own.

All connection were made on time. Only moan is the ship not as comfortable as the high speed lomprayah boat, (seats not high back ones) so 3 hours get bit stiff. Other than that smooth and pleasant journey. Once we disembarked a comfortable mini van was waiting and took us to our various hotels, in good time.
All in all defo worth the price and will be using again.

Toilet at the first pit stop was gross.. and again on the ferry. Make sure you bring your own tissues!!

The ferry was on time and so too was the bus transfer.
It was a bit disappointing though to be dropped off on some side street and then offered (by a Seatran employee) a cab ride to our hotel for THB 100 per person to go 3 blocks.

It was a good and short trip. A bit crowded for the number of places on the boat. I had to stand the whole ride which got me real sea sick.

Guten Tag, Transport hat alles geklappt. Minus Punkte für schlechte Belüftung . Auch würde ich gerne erfahren für was wir für extra Service bezahlt haben oder was er beinhaltet . Bei Lomprayha Office haben sie uns sogar ausgelacht und gemeint das wahre ein Deal zwischen euch und mir und sie hätten damit nichts zu tun. Was nun? Einfach verarsche? Took a slightly cheaper option across to Thong Pier, but so pleased that we paid a bit extra to come back. The whole process was quick and slick on a very busy day. Highly recomend Seatran and the Express ferry

Globally it was OK, just need to mention that for prole that are not locals, bus is really uncomfortable, seats are tiny and back of seat is not high enough. Ferry was OK. In total the travel is quiet long, about 10h, I would've prefer doing it by night so not losing anything from the day.
