Доехали на 2 часа раньше. Несколько раз делали остановки, где-то что-то загружали, где-то кто-то выходил. Персонал приветливый. Wi-fi работал. Кондиционер можно над собой перекрыть + плед. Туалет небольшой, если сравнивать с таковыми в поездах, то примерно 1/2. По пути делали остановку у Khun Sarai Restaurant в провинции Chumphon. Не знаю входило ли питание в стоимость, но я заказывал и оплачивал сам. Было вкусно и недорого.

Of course takes much longer than flying but my wife and I liked the experience. Comfortable seats even for someone of my height (184cm), we both got a reasonable amount of sleep on the trip. Get a metered taxi from the bus station.

Even though the bus conductor speak a lil english, they’re quite helpful. the bus is comfortable, they give snacks, water, and blanket. They will have a one stop in the rest area. overall is good

Инструкция для таких же бомжей-путешественников в экономе, как я:
1. Поешьте!
2. Купите пару сэндвичей или еще чего-то, что вы съедите через 6 часов
3. Внимательно изучите свой автобус, найдите отличительные детали, лучше сфоткайте. Потом поймёте, зачем.
4. Наденьте джинсы и возьмите толстовку, особенно если едете ночью, в шортах замерзнете
В автобусе вас будет ждать пироженка, вода, плед, юсб между сиденьями. Внизу есть туалет.
Остановка будет всего одна и скорее всего вы сразу куда-то побежите. Запомните, где вы зашли, и какой автобус ваш! Они все очень похожи!
Эта остановка не рассчитана на иностранцев, всё на тайском! Возможно вы найдете там, что поесть, но на всякий случай у вас есть сэндвичи.
В Бангкоке лучше выходить на северной станции, на ней большинство и выйдет, не пропустите.

Everybody was very helpful and friendly when we picked up our tickets, checked in and boarded the bus. The seats were super comfortable and we were even provided with a bottle of water and some snacks! The wifi on the bus was speedy and we each had a charge port for our phones. All round a superb experience!

+driver was very kind, tried his best to give us information in english, was driving safely
- steward was not even able to tell me if we were at the north or south station, she just ignored everybody who doesn't speaks english. Can't see a reason why there was this steward, she has nothing done which the driver couldn't do

The bus was just ok, not that much space to sleep, the driver would have been best suit on a race car than on a bus so the level of comfort wasn't that great....
Arrived 1h earlier in a different bus station (the location was a better one for us but better be prepared that you may not end up where supposed to)

ชั้นล่างคือแอร์นรกมาก ร้อนไฟฟไหม้ รถขับเร็วแล้วแอร์หาย หายใจแทบไม่ออกเหงื่อโทรมเลย
ควรปรับปรุง แมลงแกลบตัวเล็กๆ กินขนมผมไปหมดเลย และไต่บนตัวนิดหน่อย คนเกลียดกลัวแมลงสาบควรเลี่ยง
นอกนั้น ก็โอเคครับ รถถึงเร็วกว่ากำหนดการ อาจจะหวาดเสียวหน่อย เกือบสวัสดีท้ายรถสิบล้ออยู่รอบนึง
ที่นั่ง ใครจะไปควรหาหมอนรองคอไปด้วยครับ
แต่คะแนนน้อยเพราะ จองรถวีไอพี 24 คุณพระวีไอพียังน่ากลัวขนาดนี้ ธรรมดาจะเป็นอย่างไร

The bus is comfortable. At first we got a bus with AC problem and they change the bus. The leg room is better than low budget airlines, and can incline and has a place for our feet, too! The snacks isn't great, but for the price, getting snacks, water bottle, and juice is already great. They provide us with blanket. The staff at the bus can't speak English but at the counter they do.

All the previous reviews said the bus drivers drive recklessly fast. We did not have that experience at all. The VIP ticket was totally worth it for the leg room and super sized seats. The ride was safe and comfortable and the stewardess spoke enough English to get by.

Онлайн регистрация и покупка билета. Пришли на автовокзал, кстати убер работает в Бангкоке. Заменили ваучер на билет и пошли на посадку. Автобус большой двухэтажный места были заранее забронированы. Правда в бусе кондиционер дует холодным. И не регулируется. Притока свежего воздуха не было, на обгонах выключили кондей

Отдельное спасибо за адрес на тайском в билете - очень помог объяснить таксисту, на какой вокзал нужно ехать. Поездка прошла хорошо - сидения удобные, плед не дал замёрзнуть. Во время остановки никто не инструктировал пассажиров о том, куда идти, чтобы поесть. В результате поели лишь те, что знали, что с билетом нужно идти внутрь здания (в нашем случае зал №3) напротив остановки автобуса.

I was pleasantly surprised by this 12 your bus ride to Bangkok. Snacks were provided as we boarded and the seats were comfortable and reclined a lot so I was able to get some sleep (once I’d fished out my eye mask). I would say that there wasn’t a great deal of information given in English though. At 1am they started playing music and turned the lights on, making an announcement that we were stopping for a complimentary meal. Although this was conveyed in English, I got off the bus, didn’t know where I was going and sat at a table where I did not know what I was eating. It was all a bit random and peculiar - who eats dinner at 1am?! - but the free food was appreciated. Also, we arrived about 1 hour early but were not told this, and no names of the stops were declared so I didn’t know when I was supposed to get off. When I got off I tried to ask the bus assistant about getting to my hotel and he just shook his head at me. Overall a good experience but could do with some tweaking. I have had overnight trains much worse.

Поездка на этом автобусе понравилась. Все как обещали и как в отзивах. Купленние билети на этом сайте я бесплатно обменял в бангкоке на автовокзале на их билети на 2 этаже (64 ??? окошко) и сел на автобус на 1 этаже (60 ??? платформа, точно уже не помню). Приехали даже приб. на 2 часа раньше. Следует учесть, что от кондиционера холодновато, помогла бобка с капюшоном и плед, которий бил у каждого пасажира, жена еще воспользовалась дополнительним пледом. также следует учесть, что автобус прибивает на 2-й автовокзал пхукет-таун, которий на краю города, от него надо брать еще один автобус (виглядит как грузовичок з будкой без окон и дверей, вход ззади в будку) за 15 бат до ринка в пхукет-таун, а потом еще один автобус с ринка (виглядит как автобус) за 30 бат до патонг-бич или до карон-бич (виглядит как тот же грузовичок). на этих автобусах написано, куда они едут.

Everything was mostly good. Bus was in time and arrived almost 2 hours early. Plenty of leg space, the blanket was clean. The seats were a little hard but nothing too bad. They gave us water, juice and some cake at first.
Only thing was that wifi didn't work. Also, bring your own food, because although you have a 20 min stop after midnight for a free meal at a rest stop, I can honestly say that the food was inedible, and I can eat everything, but not this. I swear it seemed bad on purpose. Most people, even Thai people, just had two spoonfuls and left the place.

Très confortable pour un bus! Peu être un peu trop de clim mais des couvertures sont fournies! Sur les deux voyages que j'ai fait dans ces bus, les deux se sont passés sans problèmes! Peut être prévoir de la nourriture genre snack si vous ne souhaitez pas galerer pendant l'escale de 20min pour trouver un truc!

Wifi wouldn't work for most of the trip, and I couldn't get the bathroom door to lock so the light wouldn't come on, but otherwise it was okay. Snacks and water and blanket provided (though the blanket might irritate those with allergies, heavy incense smell), lots of legroom, not as cold as everyone says. Bumpy ride but good overall. Check in was simple, getting off at the station was a little confusing because they don't do meter taxi's, only flat rate, so be aware of that.

The trip was awesome. Everything was as expected. Supercomfortable seats that can be transformed to a bed. I worked on my laptop for 3 hours then read, then sleep. Then we were being woke up to have an eating which was good. So only one stop, but there is a toilet in a bus. Asked to stop near a turn to Phuket Intl Airport and the driver did it!

Worst bus trip I ever had.
Let's start from the positive: A lot of space in every seat, clean seats and bus in general. A bottle of water and cake snaks offered.
BUT: A horrible driving (sudden breaks, for example) and (maybe) too small wheels for such a big bus mad the bus move like hell on the road. It was very very unconfortable and we couldn't rest at all during the whole night.
Moreover, music was very loud, until they turned it off during sleeping time. The individual lights were not working so if you wanted to read it was not possible.
The stops in Bangkok were confusing, the driver did not speak English and so he couldn't tell us where we were. We got off in the northern terminal instead of in southern terminal.
A hell of a trip.

Old bus that smelt funny. Blankets were not clean, pillows even dirtier. Driver went too fast and felt like we were on a roller coaster so impossible to get any sleep. Toilet filthy and meal poor. Water and banana bread was good though. Attendant on the bus let an additional person get on and sleep on the floor at the back of the bus - not even a seat!!! Never been so pleased to get off a bus in my life!

The lack of language on the part of both travelers as well as the Thai staff makes logistics of travel management quite challenging. This company is right to create an English language storefront for the Thai travel bus companies. Their support staff speak excellent English. It took a few emails to sort out my booking voucher. Once i received the booking voucher it was still not exactly clear to me whom I should show it to to exchange for an actual ticket issue. This is where the Thai operators come in....In the middle I got a Thai language email from the bus operator which confused me.
This company had a good process to issue vouchers but more work and partnership is needed with the Thai bus operators to make the experience seamless for the actual traveler. Otherwise travelers are left with the feeling that the voucher is sold and after that they wash their hands off the travel process.
Furthermore better expectations need to be set with travelers so that they understand the process better... Travelers need to understand that they are not going to be able to jump on a bus once they"purchase" a voucher for a trip online. Without first getting a ticket issued they will not be able to travel. There needs to be some openness to tell travelers exactly which operators will be handling the bus, what to expect on the bus, luggage storage options etc.
I would say the company has a promising niche market but their communication and partnership with the Thai travel partners and bus companies could be tighter.

Excellent bus right, very comfortable, The temperature in the bus was very convenient. Service was good.
But the toilet need to improve. I can recommend it.
