Unexpected partial refund and bus change in Phitsanulok. Resulted in a lost luggage. Nearly no help from 12go. Fortunately nice people at destination could help us and we got it back 24h later after the help of 4 individuals none related to 12go. Nice driver nice people bad info.

Myself and a friend took the 21:30 ride on the bus and we arrived almost 2 hours earlier than expected time so we had to wait until 6 for our accommodation to open. The bus drove a bit too fast for us. Such a big vehicle can not drive so fast with passengers in it.
The seats were comfortable.

Bus propre, départ à l’heure, conduite ok, eau + snack, arrivé 1h30 en avance à la bus station de Sulhothai (ne vas pas à la old city) prévoir le coup à Sukhothai car à 4h du mat y’a pas grand chose, auberge propre en face de la gare routière.
Pour info, à Morchit, le guichet pour retirer votre ticket en présentant le mail 12go est au 1st floor (qui est en réalité au rez de chaussée) à l’extérieur sur le trottoir, au numéro 53/54. Y’a des bureaux d’information qui vous renseignent si vous êtes perdus.

The bus was old, with scratches and rust. Windows are dirty. Individual lighting did not work (no light bulbs). Free water and food, but I'm vegetarian, so it wasn't for me. The staff is polite.

The bus was really old comparing to other companies, toilets were broken half of the trip and it wasnt really comfortable. But, it was pretty fast and arrived to sukhothai by 4 am instead 5.40 am.

เข้าใจว่าจองล่วงหน้าได้มากกว่า บ.ที่ให้บริการ (จำไม่ผิด บ.ให้จองล่วงหน้าได้ 7 วัน) ตอนแรกหวั่นใจว่าจะได้ตั๋วมั้ย? คำตอบคือได้แน่นอน พนง.เตรียมไว้ให้เรียบร้อย แต่แนะนำให้ทำตามที่คำแนะนำแจ้ง คือ เผื่อเวลารับตั๋วตัวจริงล่วงหน้านิดนึง สรุปคือ จะมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน เพราะสะดวก รวดเร็ว มั่นใจได้

The seats were quite comfortable. We got food and water for free. The only problem was that the A/C didn't work too well/was put on too high of a temperature. So the inside of the bus wasn't that much cooler than the outside...
Other than that it was really nice :)

Good Bus with very comfortable seats, right on time. Toilet not very clean. Bus was pretty cold (in the back more than in the front). To find the right service counter to change the voucher into tickets is not very easy, the best ist asking somebody of the helpful personal. Food (rice with meat, cookies) and water served on board for free.

Drive was good and quiet, bus got there in perfect time and even dropped us off at the old city.
Annoying the fact that the driver and hostess did not speak a word of English, we stopped several times along the road to drop people off and we even had to change bus for the last hour drive.

Nous avons voyagé en septembre nous devions prendre le bus a 20h et avons quitté notre résidence près de china Town à 16h30 pour prendre un petit peu de taxi jusqu'à la station de métro la plus proche pour rejoindre la station de bus de mo chit. Étant donné les embouteillages et je crois le peu de conscience du chauffeur celui ci nous a déposé à une station de la ligne dont nous avions besoin bref galère pour trouver la station. Nous avons été aidées par une charmante étudiante qui nous a conduit à travers le labyrinthe d un immense shopping du nom de Siam et la heure de pointe oblige, nous n avons pas de place pour entrer dans le métro finalement nous arrivons comme nous avions prévu à 19h à mochit et la grosse surprise c est l embouteillage intégral et la gare des bus n est pas à dix minutes en taxi comme je l avais lu ceux-ci sont à l arrêt total nous trouvons le bus à prendre pour la gare de bus et nous avons mis 50 minutes et la course générale dans la gare une autre jeune fille et un anglais nous aide nous coupons la file énorme heureusement la d me au guichet comprend vite et nous crie le numéro de l arrêt un sprint sac aux dos et nous arrivons 19h 57 au bus qui nous embarque sac sur le dos avec le sourire ouf c était le dernier ???? Après voyage impeccable après un quart d heure la dame éteint la lumière et tout le monde dort sauf nous. Nous avons beaucoup de chance pensions sincèrement avoir bien anticiper la situation mais je précise qu a l heure de pointe le métro est vraiment loin de la station de bus / les bus qui y vont sont le 3 et le 77 et c est leur terminus semble t il. Les personnes de la compagnie de bus était professionnels et concentres sur leur route et les arrêts des différents voyageurs. Écrit d un coup sur mon gsm désolée pour les points et virgule qui manquent ????

I was robbed by the passenger who sat next to me and got off the bus while I was in the bathroom.
There are 2 bus stations in Phitsanulok. The bus driver told me to get off at the one station. I should have gotten off at the other station but I thought the bus worker was telling me the correct information. Then I had to pay for a taxi to take me a longer trip to my hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the other station. No taxi is needed. The ride itself was comfortable and smooth and pleasant. If a bus employee were always in the seating area, no passengers would try to rob another passenger.

Thé staff was cool and thé stop us at ou address in all Sukhothai ! !! Water, Rice with méat and chocolaté cookies are sreved in thé bus.

I have booked on this site twice, I booked a train and the other a bus from Bangkok to Phitsanoluk. For all the times I booked the payment and receipt issuance was swift. Never had a problem boarding.

Everthing went very well, until we arrived. Our trip endet Sukhothai instead Sukhothai Historical Park and the guy I was asking was not very friendly and just gave us our bags.

The bus was spacious and comfortable with charging ports. We didn’t expect to have to change buses halfway through the journey but it was quick and easy, albeit stressful! We stopped for a rest break halfway through and were able to use the bathroom and get some food. Arrived to Sukhothai Historical Park on time! Overall a good journey!

I know it’s Thailand and it’s Thai speaking but since you sell tickets to tourists it would be nice to have a paper in English to read when the person in the bus talk in Thai. It was a little late but very nice bus and I’m happy of the service it’s just to help maybe others tourists.

Bus was ok, however we took longer and I had to change bus, which was not communicated in advance. The second bus arrived in Sukhothai old town, which was as planned.

Bus was OK, but the arrival in Sukhothai was messy and confusing. I bought my ticket for the "old Town" but the bus made me get off in the "new town" where tuk tuks wanted 300 bahts for a 5 min drive (closely the same price as a 6 hour bus to Chiang Mai). Definitely a scam with the help of the bus company.

We arrived one hour late at the destination. We had to switch the bus. A passanger who got in in this stop startef to molesting us. It was kind of scary. At the destination there were no taxis available.

We (2p) took the 21.30 bus and arrived earlier in Sukhoithai then they said. The bus station in Bangkok is huge! The bus provides blankets, cookies and water. There was airco and the lights went off, the seats could be adjusted so you can sleep. We took the tuk tuk from the bus terminal in sukhoithai to the historical park. This is about 12 km. We had to wait in old Sukhothai in the dark until 6am, so we walked around Wat Srasi and waited there. Then we hired bikes for 30 baht and explored the historical park during sunrise and for the rest of the morning. This was perfect!!!! In the early morning it is not super hot yet and it feels like you are in the historical park alone!!!
