Everthing went very well, until we arrived. Our trip endet Sukhothai instead Sukhothai Historical Park and the guy I was asking was not very friendly and just gave us our bags.

The bus was spacious and comfortable with charging ports. We didn’t expect to have to change buses halfway through the journey but it was quick and easy, albeit stressful! We stopped for a rest break halfway through and were able to use the bathroom and get some food. Arrived to Sukhothai Historical Park on time! Overall a good journey!

Unexpected partial refund and bus change in Phitsanulok. Resulted in a lost luggage. Nearly no help from 12go. Fortunately nice people at destination could help us and we got it back 24h later after the help of 4 individuals none related to 12go. Nice driver nice people bad info.

Myself and a friend took the 21:30 ride on the bus and we arrived almost 2 hours earlier than expected time so we had to wait until 6 for our accommodation to open. The bus drove a bit too fast for us. Such a big vehicle can not drive so fast with passengers in it.
The seats were comfortable.

Long, s’arrête très souvent sinon le bus est confortable et l'air conditionné réglable. Les toilettes, par contre, deviennent rapidement un lieu infect. Est-ce la faute de de l'opérateur ou des clients qui ne savent pas vivre?

Bus propre, départ à l’heure, conduite ok, eau + snack, arrivé 1h30 en avance à la bus station de Sulhothai (ne vas pas à la old city) prévoir le coup à Sukhothai car à 4h du mat y’a pas grand chose, auberge propre en face de la gare routière.
Pour info, à Morchit, le guichet pour retirer votre ticket en présentant le mail 12go est au 1st floor (qui est en réalité au rez de chaussée) à l’extérieur sur le trottoir, au numéro 53/54. Y’a des bureaux d’information qui vous renseignent si vous êtes perdus.

Die Fahrt war gut, haben 8h gebraucht (mit einer kurzen Pause) und der Bus hielt in New Sukhothai. Es gab eine kleine Flasche Wasser sowie eine Portion Reis mit Fleisch. Mit Pulli und langer Hose war es angenehm von der Temperatur her. Können die Fahrt nur empfehlen.

Ride was comfortable. Simple meals included. Friendly staff, though they don't speak English but always there to help.

The bus was old, with scratches and rust. Windows are dirty. Individual lighting did not work (no light bulbs). Free water and food, but I'm vegetarian, so it wasn't for me. The staff is polite.

Die Fahrt war sehr kalt durch die Klimaanlage, jeder sitzplatz hatte eine Decke. Es gab Kekse und Wasser. Packt euch rechtzeitig was ein. Leider kam der Bus um 4 Uhr an und man musste die Zeit lange überbrücken.

The bus ride was quite fast, we arrived around 4:00am instead of 5:50 in the morning. In between we got blankets, water and some cookies. What was quite pleasing. Only negative was the cold airconditioning, i was freezing inside...

The bus was really old comparing to other companies, toilets were broken half of the trip and it wasnt really comfortable. But, it was pretty fast and arrived to sukhothai by 4 am instead 5.40 am.

เข้าใจว่าจองล่วงหน้าได้มากกว่า บ.ที่ให้บริการ (จำไม่ผิด บ.ให้จองล่วงหน้าได้ 7 วัน) ตอนแรกหวั่นใจว่าจะได้ตั๋วมั้ย? คำตอบคือได้แน่นอน พนง.เตรียมไว้ให้เรียบร้อย แต่แนะนำให้ทำตามที่คำแนะนำแจ้ง คือ เผื่อเวลารับตั๋วตัวจริงล่วงหน้านิดนึง สรุปคือ จะมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน เพราะสะดวก รวดเร็ว มั่นใจได้

Northen Bus Terminal is very big served many coaches to many places around Bangkok and other provinces. Must reach at least 45min before departure to locate the actual bus bay. The official staff can also give wrong info or the bus coach change without inform. Better personally check and wait at bus bay earlier. The bus is new so aircon is cold. I took the last trip at night left punctually but arrived Khao Kho 2 hours before schedule.

There are others bus company that make the direct route. It was way too long. Same for other cities. I dont understand why 12goAsia just offer one bus company. Better to go to the bus station and Ask for a direct bus.

The seats were quite comfortable. We got food and water for free. The only problem was that the A/C didn't work too well/was put on too high of a temperature. So the inside of the bus wasn't that much cooler than the outside...
Other than that it was really nice :)

Der Bus fuhr pünktlich los und war fast 1,5 Stunden früher da als geplant. Es war allerdings sehr kalt im Bus trotz Decken.

Der Bus war zunächst schwer zu finden, aber durch Herumfragen löste sich dieses Problem. Der Bus hatte eine Toilette, und im Bus wurden uns Wasserflaschen, Decken und Kekse ausgeteilt. Leider wurde nicht ausgeschrieben, dass der Bus in Sukhothai Historical Park hält und nicht in der Innenstadt. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Lief alles glatt, angenehmer Busfahrer & Wasser plus Kekse gabs auch! Nur waren wir 1.5h früher als angegeben in Sukhothai und weit und breit kein Taxi, Bus oder Tuk Tuk... erst wieder ab 6 Uhr in der Früh ;-)

Die Nachtfahrt war ganz schön kalt, aber wenn man etwas langes dabei hat ist es auszuhalten. Die Reisedauer hat nicht gepasst, anstatt den 8h wie beschrieben waren wir schon nach 6h vor Ort. Kann man natürlich so und so sehen. Im großen und ganzen war es ok.

Es war eine sehr angenehme Reise mit Verpflegung. In der vorletzten Stadt war allerdings ein hin und her. Ein absoluter plus Punkt: sie haben mich direkt am Hostel abgesetzt, weil es in Alt Sukhotai auf dem Weg liegt. Ansonsten gab es kein Taxi oder tuk Tak, dass nach 6 Uhr fährt

Arrivant en avance à la gare personne n'a pu nous dire à temps le guichet pour récupérer les tickets et connaitre la plateforme d'arrivée du bus ( rien n'étant inscrit sur la confirmation de 12go asia ce qui est vraiment peu pratique) nous sommes donc arrivés avec 5 minutes de retard au guichet. Par bonheur, l'employée comprenant le problème a échangé gratuitement nos billets pour le prochain bus bangkok - Phisanulok et le trajet était parfait.

Nice bus with a lot of space! Correct transport with food and water. For the long trip (7,5 hours) it was a very good experience with kids of 3 and 5 years old!

Quand la préposée est passée pour demander où je voulais descendre j'ai bien spécifié new city Sukhotai et on m'a déposée à 4h du matin à la vieille ville (14km plus loin)le 1er bus étant à 6h30 j'ai réussi à prendre un tuk tuk qui m'a ponctionnée de 200 baths!!!! Pas moyen de negocier j'étais en position de faiblesse ! !!

Die Klimaanlage war viel zu kalt und die reservierten Plätze nicht verfügbar. Alles in allem würde ich allerdings jederzeit wieder damit fahren!

Unlike other reviews there was no communication from either driver or attendant. Yup 1.5 hours circling around P'lok was very annoying. Then bus terminates in new Sukhothai so as the only 2 people going to old Sukhothai that was a 300baht songthew. Overall not massively impressed, will choose another company next time and not book through this site as this is the only company they offer on this route.

Alter Bus, super Beinfreiheit, Sitze weit nach hinten verstellbar, plus Stütze für die Beine, etwas doof dass das leckere Essen, Reis und Rindfleisch direkt nach der Abfahrt gereicht wird, da die Tour 8 Stunden dauert. Toilette eher im Notfall nutzen. Gut nur 1 Pause von 15 min.

Good Bus with very comfortable seats, right on time. Toilet not very clean. Bus was pretty cold (in the back more than in the front). To find the right service counter to change the voucher into tickets is not very easy, the best ist asking somebody of the helpful personal. Food (rice with meat, cookies) and water served on board for free.

Comfortable, snacks, lunchbox and drinks provided, aircon was cold but not too bad, arrived in time at Old Sukhothai. Only downside was that they showed a loud horror movie with loads of splatter twice in a row so maybe not so nice with kids.
