Check-In am Pier verlief reibungslos, man bekam einen Sticker aufs Shirt geklebt, je nachdem wo man hinfährt.
Von Phuket aus fuhren wir 2h nach Koh Phi Phi mit einer großen klimatisierten Fähre.
In Phi Phi mussten wir auf ein anderes Boot umsteigen, dort gab es dann leider keine Klimaanlage.
Nach einer weiteren Stunde kamen wir auf Koh Lanta an.
Auf dem Boot nach Lanta wurde uns ein Transfer zum Hotel angeboten.
Wir bezahlten 150 Baht p.P. ins Lanta Sand Resort & Spa (ca. 10-15 min Fahrt).
Wir haben leider keinen Vergleichspreis, aber es war bequem, da man direkt weiterkam.

Es hat alles super geklappt.
Ich wurde bei meinem Hostel abgeholt. Musste lediglich 15 Min warten aber das war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Transfer Treffpunkt hat super geklappt Fahrer war pünktlich. Ein Mitfahrer musste auf die Toilette, erst nach mehrmals aufdringlichem Nachfragen blieb der Fahrer am Straßenrand stehen. Die Überfahrt mit der Fähre war gut allerdings mit etwas Verspätung, was hier aber normal zu sein scheint.

Alles hat super geklappt. Aufteilung der Passagiere j je nach Region mittels simplen Sticker. Auch wenn es chaotisch manchmal ausschaut, ist hier alles sehr gut organisiert

No está mal, es viejo y un poco incómodo, pero puntual, raro en Tailandia, y cumple con lo acordado, es verdad que viajamos en septiembre, temporada baja, pero llegamos en hora. Eso sí compartimos barco con una excursión, es como si fuera un tour para otros, lo venden así, nosotros compramos solo billete de ida a PhiPhi

It was a nice trip. The boat is big so it's not affected very much from the waves. It was a bit slow though. A pleasant experience i would say.

Cruiser Phi Phi is a good option, especially for family with old people and children. It's a 3 deck ship so it's not turbulent at all.
It's well organized from the welcome-on-board to the exit.
However, it will take long travel time (seem like it combines with people going 1 day tour as well). It stops in front of Maya Bay and share some information about it (seems like for the day trip tourists) however, you can not hear anything at all. Due to this (addition to the 30 minutes late departure), we arrive Koh Phi Phi at 11.30am (planned departure 8.30).
Conclusion, if you go with big families, this is still an appropriate option. I recommend.

The driver was very nice and the Ferry Transport was wonderful. The Captain Showed us the Island so we could take Many photos.

Everything was fine, one thing to note though. Ferry took 3 hours instead of 2, and not because it departed late but because they dropped some people on Phi Phi Ley island as well. So don't count on it arriving on time.

Der Fahrer holte uns um 11:55 Uhr ab. Zwischen 12 und 12:15 Uhr war der Plan. Also Super pünktlich. Der Fahrstil war tadellos. Er brachte noch einen Teil unseres Gepäck bis in den Fährhafen. Alls perfekt.
Morgen buchen wir 12go.asia wieder von Phi Phi nun nach Ko Lanta.

Perfect, we had no problems during the cruise. The true is, that we had to change the boat at Phi Phi, and that wasn't clearly said on the travel ticket. But we always ask the people from the boat about the way. Also it could be useful to have information about time of arrival to final destination.

No one speaks English and understand your questions. The whole trip is confusing from taking the speed boat and with the taxis too. They really good at making people frustrated. ( I wasn’t the only one)

Der Hotel Pick-Up Service war viel zu spät, sodass wir bis zur Ankunft bei der Fähre im Unklaren waren, ob wir diese überhaupt bekommen. Letztendlich waren wir etwa 25-30 Minuten nach der eigentlichen Abfahrt bei der Fähre, welche allerdings noch auf uns und andere Gäste gewartet hatte.

Pick up at hotel and entering ferry was all on time and easy. Ferry left a bit later then planned but didnt care. The ride was quiet and beautiful. It got a bit chaotic exiting the ferry due to finding your bags but just take your time and you will be fine.

In the end we arrived at our destination, but we arrived at 5pm instead of 11:30am as it said on the ticket. The ferry stopped at Kho Phi Phi Island and we had to wait 3 hours on the island. We had to leave the ferry and paied an 'entrance fee' of 20 Baht p.p. and also stored our luggage for 50 Baht each, because we didn't want to carry it around. The ticket was also quite expensive, local travel agents offer much cheaper and more efficient rides.
In the end we spent a whole day travelling and had a quick look at Phi Phi Island.

They didn't come for me at the airport. I have to call them 3 times and said could no recognize me which was the only personal in the gate they sent me. I almost lost the cruise

Der Fahrer wartete am internationalen Flughafen und nicht so wie vereinbart am domestic Airport. ( Meeting Point laut Voucher und Auskunft der Hotline) Nachdem ich bei der Hotline angerufen habe kam der Fahrer mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung. Es war ziemlich knapp die Fähre noch zu erreichen. Aber die Fähre hat gewartet.

The shuttle to the boat picked us up thirty minutes late without notifying us. They're phone number didn't work (we had a Thai try it as well so I know it wasn't just an issue with our phone or ability to dial). Our vouchers said they included snack and drink on boat but once on board they said that only applies to morning boats and we were cruising in the afternoon. If that's true then why did they claim to include free snack and drink on the voucher? The actual shuttle van interior and boat were fine though, hence I'll give a generous 2 stars.

The ferry will bring you tour some parts of the island before docking at Phi Phi Island. 20 mins delay before it sets off, reach the island at 11.15am instead of original 10.30am.

First boat was OK, big and quite chilled, However second boat was very unpleasant trip - old and small seat with no AC (only few working fans) - staff however very usefull and friendly :)

Everything went well and the driver picked us up at the hotel as requested in the pickup text and on time. Bit of a lack of communication on pickup confirmation but everything worked out well the way it was supposed to so I would recommend.

Tha reception person at the phuket pier was not behave good. Website show free travel to hotel(patong) but they take 150 bhat from me. I am not satisfied on this booking

First part of the trip was absolutely fine, well organized, boat was okay - spacious and it felt safe, it was the boat as displayed in the photographs when booking. All good. In Phi Phi island we had to change boats, which was well organized though a bit hectic. Then came another boat - and that was different (and a different operator). People were crammed inside and there was no possibility to be outside a breathe fresh air. It was pretty hot inside and there was no air condition, just fans.
