Wir sind von Koh Samet nach Koh Chang gebracht worden. Die Abholung am Nadan Pier erfolgte per Speed Boot. Auf der anderen Seite wartete schon der klimatisierte Van auf uns, der uns bis zu unserem Hotel auf Koh Chang brachte. Alle waren überpünktlich und sehr freundlich. Lediglich für die Autofähre nach Koh Chang mussten wir noch die Tickets bezahlen aber das stand auch so in der Beschreibung.
Wir waren absolut zufrieden, hätten das nie so perfekt erwartet und würden den Transfer mit Glassflower jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
We were taken from Koh Samet to Koh Chang. We were picked up at Nadan Pier by speedboat. An air-conditioned van was already waiting for us on the other side and took us to our hotel on Koh Chang. Everyone was extremely punctual and very friendly. We only had to pay for the car ferry tickets to Koh Chang, but that was also stated in the description.
We were absolutely satisfied; we never expected it to be so perfect and would recommend the transfer with Glassflower anytime!

Une expérience très sympathique dans un véhicule très confortable et une conduite sans prudente sans défaut.
Monsieur le chauffeur est très à l’écoute de son client, très prévenant, il prend grand soin du confort. Il donne plein de renseignements tout au long du parcours si vous le sollicitez.
Mon seul regret est que mon hôtel d’arrivée m’a tout de suite accaparée je n’ai pas pu lui dire au revoir ni le remercier. J’espère qu’il me pardonnera cette indélicatesse. Je recommande vivement

The taxi, glas...was happily 15 minutes too early, perfect! And the ride was very comfortable and the driver gave us the tickets for the ferry at Trat, which we had to Pay 150 baht Total. We could immediately entertainment the ferry, and the driver brought us to our destination on Koh Chang, super!!

The driver arrived nearly three ours later than agreed. Was very friedly but tired and stressed. That‘s why he drove very fast. Sometimes double of the specified speed. He told us that he has to drive more than 13 hours that day. We are very sorry about the driver and we have a guilty conscience to order a transportation with bad working conditions.

Pleasant Ride and friendly Driver. Water was provided on Board and we had a Break at a Point where additional food/snack/Drink purchases were possible. Driver was earlier than expected but did go out of his way to find me.

We traveled from Siem Reap nach Ko Chang.
Pick up was at our Hotel on time.
Unfortunately we had quite some old car and no the booked new glassfloor van.
At least in Kambodscha this was true. That’s why we ‚only’ rated 4*.
In Thailand everything was fine.
You need to cross the border on foot. Expect 2h at least during custom/boarder checking. The process is anyhow very well organized/supported by 12go. Overall this service is to be recommended. Thumbs up. 👍

Wir hatten extra einen SUV gebucht für 3 Personen, damit wir mehr Platz haben, aber der Kofferraum war so klein, das nur 2 normale Gepäckstücke (je ca. 17kg)reinpassten. Außerdem waren in dem sehr kleinen Kofferraum noch Sachen von Fahrer drinn. Das 3. Gepäckstück musste mit auf die Rückbank, so war es für die 6 Stunden Fahrzeit hinten sehr unbequem. (Hinten saßen 2 sehr schlanke Personen)

The car has gas ballon in the trunk so we have to put the luggage on passenger seat. So it was very uncomfortable to ride 6 hour three people on the back seat.

The car had a huge crack in the windscreen held together with sticky tape, which was rather alarming. However, the ride was comfortable and the driver was lovely, though she spoke little English. We had to ask to stop for a toilet/drinks break

I had a very clean car and good driver. I would definitely book this company again. Don't worry if sometimes more people are involved. In my case a lady waited at the airport and another guy came to take me to parking lot where the actual driver picked me up.

Amazing customer service. They helped us book the transfer at the time we needed it despite it wasn't available through the website because we tried to book too late. They answered immediately the phone and gave us a solution. The driver was very polite and the car very well maintained and clean.

The car was 30 minutes late. Yes, will still got to the airport on time. However, if we did nit contact the taxi service, I highly doubt that they would have informed us. Felt like they forgot our booking.
The driver drove safely and slowly. He was polite and the car clean and comfy.

Excellent from hotel in Phuket to Phuket border
Average from Phuket border to Bangkok, mainly because the lady driver was obviously tired (I understood that the previous day she drove other customers also from Phuket to Bangkok and slept only 3 hours). It was obvious that she was exhausted, need to ensure she’s not sleepy while driving by distracting herself in watching movie in her phone, hence drove dangerously at times.
I didn’t dare to nap as I had to ensure she’s watching the road correctly.
I understand she simply tried to earn an honest living and the situation in Thailand is difficult now. So, please do NOT punish her.
However, it would be helpful if the company helps to ensure drivers not only fully vaccinated but had enough rest prior to such a long journey for the sake of everyone’s safety.
I made it safely finally after exactly 12 hr journey. I hope she made it safely as well to her rest place that evening.. and hope she managed to sleep enough before driving other customers.

Überpünktlicher Fahrer und netter Fahrer. Aber leider konnte er kein Wort englisch, obwohl englisch bei der Buchung angeben war. Kommunikation nur mit Händen und Füßen möglich. Fahrzeug sehr gut in Schuss. Alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben das navigieren mittels unserem Handy übernommen, da der Fahrer nicht wusste, wo unser Hotel war.
