- ในบางครั้งคนขับรถแท็กซี่อาจใช้เส้นทางอื่นที่ไม่เหมือนกับใน Google Map อาจเป็นเพราะเขาต้องการหลีกเลี่ยงการจราจรที่ติดขัด หรือถนนที่ชำรุดผุพัง นั่นอาจทำให้ราคาค่าโดยสารตามมิเตอร์มีราคาที่สูงขึ้น

The taxi, glas...was happily 15 minutes too early, perfect! And the ride was very comfortable and the driver gave us the tickets for the ferry at Trat, which we had to Pay 150 baht Total. We could immediately entertainment the ferry, and the driver brought us to our destination on Koh Chang, super!!

The driver arrived nearly three ours later than agreed. Was very friedly but tired and stressed. That‘s why he drove very fast. Sometimes double of the specified speed. He told us that he has to drive more than 13 hours that day. We are very sorry about the driver and we have a guilty conscience to order a transportation with bad working conditions.

Pleasant Ride and friendly Driver. Water was provided on Board and we had a Break at a Point where additional food/snack/Drink purchases were possible. Driver was earlier than expected but did go out of his way to find me.

We traveled from Siem Reap nach Ko Chang.
Pick up was at our Hotel on time.
Unfortunately we had quite some old car and no the booked new glassfloor van.
At least in Kambodscha this was true. That’s why we ‚only’ rated 4*.
In Thailand everything was fine.
You need to cross the border on foot. Expect 2h at least during custom/boarder checking. The process is anyhow very well organized/supported by 12go. Overall this service is to be recommended. Thumbs up. 👍

The car has gas ballon in the trunk so we have to put the luggage on passenger seat. So it was very uncomfortable to ride 6 hour three people on the back seat.

Amazing customer service. They helped us book the transfer at the time we needed it despite it wasn't available through the website because we tried to book too late. They answered immediately the phone and gave us a solution. The driver was very polite and the car very well maintained and clean.

Excellent from hotel in Phuket to Phuket border
Average from Phuket border to Bangkok, mainly because the lady driver was obviously tired (I understood that the previous day she drove other customers also from Phuket to Bangkok and slept only 3 hours). It was obvious that she was exhausted, need to ensure she’s not sleepy while driving by distracting herself in watching movie in her phone, hence drove dangerously at times.
I didn’t dare to nap as I had to ensure she’s watching the road correctly.
I understand she simply tried to earn an honest living and the situation in Thailand is difficult now. So, please do NOT punish her.
However, it would be helpful if the company helps to ensure drivers not only fully vaccinated but had enough rest prior to such a long journey for the sake of everyone’s safety.
I made it safely finally after exactly 12 hr journey. I hope she made it safely as well to her rest place that evening.. and hope she managed to sleep enough before driving other customers.

We were picked up 45 minutes earlier. Our driver wanted to catch one ferry earlier but we missed it because we were, of course, not ready when he arrived. The drive to the border was quick and comfortable. Unfortunately he did not know that we will be catched up by an english speaking guide on Thai side who would guarantee a smooth bordercrossing. Our guide found us on cambodian site and brought us to our driver. The drive to siem reap was okay. Prepare some tip for the cambodian driver. Seems to be normal for "service".
All in all a good Transfer. A little bit too expensive in my opinion.

Most impressed! Our ferry was running late and I was able to contact the driver through the emergency number. He was waiting for us at the ferry terminal. Very nice welcome, help with luggage, stop for lunch etc. At the border we had to change cars and drivers and pay a Cambodian exit charge in baht. The guy helping us (not the driver) gave us a very poor rate of exchange of $ to baht - our only complaint. On the Thai side of the border we were welcomed by the new driver with a better car and taken to our hotel in Pattaya. Thank you

When I arrrieved to the Pier there was nobody to wait for us (!). I had to call and, in 5 minutes they came and after everything was very good and positive. I imagine someone not very fluent inn English or with limited credit on the phone being in difficulty to call the customer service, that's why I am so critical in the score, while the service itself, at the end was very good (nice driver and very clean and confortable car)

Also einen besseren Taxitransferdienst hatte ich bisher noch nicht . Es erwartete mich am angegeben Treffpunkt eine Dame mit meinem Namen auf einen Schild . Der von ihr bestellte Fahrer war nach ca.2 min.
zu Stelle und dann ging es in klimatisierter Limousine zum Urlaubsort .
Freundlich und zügig zugleich!

Wir sind von Chiang Rai nach Pai gereist und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Buchung klappte auch kurzfristigvor dem Reisetag noch unkompliziert. Der Fahrer war überpünktlich am Abholort und fuhr die gesamte Strecke umsichtig. Die gesamte Fahrt dauerte ca 5,5h und wir machten 2 kurze Stopps. Der Fahrer konnte etwas Englisch, so dass Small Talk möglich war.

Wir waren 30 min. frueher als geplant am Treffpunk, trotzdem wartete schon jemand mit Namensschild. Ein kurzer Anruf, ca. 10 min. warten und es ging zum Taxi. Angenehme Fahrt ohne Stau nach Pattaya. Wir waren eine Stunde früher als erwartet. Alles super gelaufen. Uwe & Waltraud
