The bus was slightly delayed but everything was clearly labelled on big screens. The terminal is a huge hub with toilets, restaurants, exchange office and ticket counters. We had to show our online ticket at the ticket counter and got a paper ticket to scan and board. A staff member announced the next buses in the waiting area. The bus wad comfy, not too cold, with USB ports and good wifi on board. We had one short toilet stop but only because someone asked for it. We arrived on time.

Alvaro DThe bus was not the same of the picture, there were two rows with two seats, but the pic shown one row with 1 seat and the other one with two seats, which means narrower seats than we expected. On the other hand, there were several seats without seat belt. Furthermore, the bus was delayed, they changed the platform without notification and finally they called us and we has to run. Despite of all this, the driver was so kind and the seats were not uncomfortable.
