Le lieu d’embarquement a été changé. Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus sur place les autres sociétés nous indiqué que notre bateau ne viendrai pas ici. Nous avons été finalement prévenu de ce changement à 8h59 pour un embarquement à 9h00.. Nous avons donc retraversé l’île pour au final arrivé au pied de notre hôtel où était le nouveau point d’embarquement. Le départ a eu lieu à 9h30, on nous a indiqué qu’il n’y a jamais de départ à 9h comme mentionné sur les billets 12GoAsia

Van transfer was on time and very good, had a stop midway for WC/Coffee. Speedboat on time, however very uncomfortable because of the heat, i guess there is nothing operator can do about this. (Fans?)

If it wasn’t for the operator called Bee, I probably put you 1 star. We lost the taxi and ferry because the first trip in bus (from Bangkok to krabi) was TOO LATE (2hours and 20 mins) because it stopped so many times! But Bee contact me and she gave me a solution, she answered me so much times if we arrived, where we are, etc, taking care of us, that I’m so grateful to her. The only pretty was that I have to pay the taxi to pakbara pier with the only cash I have (2960 baht). But the speed boat at 13.30 was “””free”””. In fact I pay almost the cost of the totally trip, that it was 3200baht, being possible to choose the app Grab to drive me to the point of speedboat and paying with credit card, but well, it’s done!

First the speedbout was broken and stopped in the midelle of the sea when her engin gotte broken, it took for half an hour and even more to fix it meanwhile people puke and start feel sick. Never theless the crew didnt speak any English and people that speaks thai needed to translate for us.
After that the driver of the first vehical was overall OK but he didnt know that we go to Phuket.
The last driver also sttoped like houndred times to pick up strangers and arrived with dealy.

Le bateau très bien puisque l'on s'assoit et qu'il ne se passe rien.
Mais le trajet en voiture... Une catastrophe. Nous n'avons jamais eu un chauffeur comme celui-ci. Dangereux (double sans visibilité, accélère et décélère sans arrêt même en ligne droite) et pourquoi laisser le moteur allumé pendant une pause repas de 45min pour laquelle il nous a dit 10min.
Horrible. C'est une première.

I highly recommend this service! Everything was on time, the mini bus was super comfortable. Speedboat was ok, a bit bumpy at times, but I guess it’s part of the game if you want to get to the island as fast as possible.

รถตู้มารับที่โรงแรมตามที่แจ้งตรงเวลาที่นัดหมาย เมื่อมาถึงท่าเรือปากบาราก็ช่วยประสานงานให้เราได้เรือที่แวะเกาะตะรุเตาเพื่อแวะถ่ายรูป แทนที่จะเป็นเรือตรงสู่เกาะหลีเป๊ะ ซึ่งเวลาออกเดินทางก็ไล่เลี่ยกัน
เป็นการเดินทางที่ราบรื่นและสะดวกสบายจากเมืองตรังสู่เกาะหลีเป๊ะครับ
