The first driver in bayron bay didn't checked in people, I think that this way it would be impossible to tell if someone was missing, considering the bus was not clearly Flixbus but through another operator, and the tracking wasn't turned on

Vozač nije htio stati u Dugopolju, jer je na mojoj karti pisalo Zagreb-Split. Nisam ni znala da postoji opcija kupovine karte do Dugopolja, pa sam zato odabrala Split, ali ok. Nadalje, blizu Vučevice je počeo autobus čudno zvučati, točnije vidno je bilo da s autobusom nešto ne štima.Pitala sam vozača je li sve u redu, a s obzirom na zvuk, na što je on rekao da je sve u redu. Nakon 5 min., morali smo stati jer je nešto puklo (guma ili sl.), naravno nitko nam nije objasnio što je bilo, nego smo prešli u drugi bus koji je došao po nas i nastavili put Splita. Kako je moguće da putnik prije primijeti kvar na autobusu nego vozač? Hvala!!!

it would be better if there are some small cushions on the other hand price/value was so fair. It was smooth and nice drive. Drivers were careful. Zagreb-Rijeka bus was late for 10 minutes. Problem was as a foreigner you can't find anyone to ask if i miss the bus or is it late and it's really confusing. All the foreigners who were waiting for the bus were confused. It would be better to get e-mail or sms because peron number was also so confusing. Rest was good.

This is NO reflection of the driver. However, flix terminated our journey 2hrs from our stop, with instruction that we were to just get off the bus at Mackay bus stop at 5am, at the point the cyclone hit. All transport was suspended and all passengers had nowhere to go. Flix was uncontactable, provided no advice in their email and have not been in touch since.

The bus was quite late, however the driver was navigating rain. Driver did a great job and played great music. Bus was quite a bit older from other Flixbus I've ridden in. The PDF or the ticket does not show platform information so that was a bit to figure out.

The bus did not arrive at the platform shown. It said platform 17 and the bus arrived at 15 causing me almost to miss the bus. I gave a 1 star on support for this reason. In Budapest I had a similar experience as noted above and I did miss the bus along with three other people. When I tried support to reschedule the chat support person failed to help me. The support was terrible.

Long journey in traffic in the evening. Journey took 1hr 45 mins but the journey to Makarska 1hr. Lovely coastal scenery. Bus was very clean. Plenty of seats available. Traffic delays on way home going through small villages.

A OK. Timely departure, good wifi, charge plugs by the seat. The seating is assigned but not enforced which is silly and causes unpleasant conversations with other passengers. The break was announced as 10min but ended up being 20mins so the arrival was 15min late. The air-conditioning wasn't great.

The bus was nice. We had an 8 hour journey with only one toilet stop. The toilet onboard was not available to be used. The drivers were unfriendly and rude. No information was given. People sat in wrong seats and refused to move, but I think that was a ticketing fault. Overall the service was sub standard. And late getting to destination.

On time. Wonderful scenery along route. Stopped half way for a toilet break and quick coffee. Our 4 hour journey took us from Split to Dubrovnik through fabulous countryside. It was a very smooth and enjoyable journey. The driver was very good. The coach was on time. Much more enjoyable than flying and at a fraction of the price.

We got to our destination, the scenery was very good with the large windows and reclining seats. We had two 5 minute & one 10 minute break over the whole 8 1/2 hr journey. These breaks seemed to be related to the drivers desire to have a cigarette and trying to make up time as opposed to comfort of the passengers onboard. While on the subject of the driver…does he know a Stop sign means Stop? Yeah…nah you just slow down The seat belt on one of our seats did not work at all. Thanks for putting the seat numbers on the bottom of the window ledge. This was so entertaining as ALL passengers who were told their seat numbers by the driver got on the bus and were looking up at the luggage rack, like in an aeroplane, and when the seat numbers weren’t there they looked at the top of the window. Everyone who was on your bus for the first time looked confused and looked everywhere except for where they are. Besides if someone was sitting on the seat you can’t see them anyway. Please put these in a more helpful and obvious position. Stops with toilets handy would be an excellent idea too.

clean Flixbus is rare. I had so many bad experiences with dirty Flixbuses and rude Flixbus drivers that I started to have a worry of what kind of journey is waiting for me. This bus was clean (windows and seats) and driver was a normal person. Compliments Flixbus for this ride from Hungary. Maybe Zagreb-Trst routes should be in this way also. Just little bit of cleaning and a decent driver is not a big investment. After all you drive persons, there should be a little bit of respect. Thank you.

First it was too hot, then it was a bit cold. 1) I found it a bit weird that my backpack had been just thrown on the (wet) ground before I had come out of the bus in Dubrovnik. 2) A functioning wifi would have been nice.

How is it possible a bus with no toilette??????? This is insane!!!!! Only the viesse are amazing - and this has Nottingham to do with your service, it's a gift of beautiful Croatia. Trip was scenic,comfortable and the driver was very efficient on the winding road. When I booked, arrival time in Split, from Dubrovnik was listed as 11:45. We did not arrive until 12:38. Our driver waited a long time at the bus station for us and had to drive very fast to the airport. We almost missed our flight. Getting luggage off the bus in Split was a madhouse. This could be organized to be less stressful.
