Thero Express

Saya memesan 2 bus pada 12go, Giant Ibis dari Kampot ke PP & PP ke Siem Reap bersama Thero. Seperti yang bisa Anda bayangkan, babak pertama sudah cukup panjang (tapi terorganisir dengan baik). Saya tiba di kantor Thero express pada jam 2 siang karena bus saya berikutnya akan berangkat pada jam 2.30. Setibanya di sana, staf tampak agak terganggu saat saya masuk. Mereka menyuruh saya duduk, sementara jelas terlihat salah satu gadis mengambil teleponnya untuk menelepon sebentar. Setelah beberapa saat dia mengatakan kepada saya "sebenarnya kantor saya sedang tutup sekarang. Anda akan pergi ke perusahaan lain". Saya masih memberi mereka 2 bintang, karena saya membaca semua ulasan buruk ketika saya menunggu, saya harus mengatakan saya berakhir dengan perusahaan lain yang sangat bagus yang memiliki pengemudi yang baik. Mengingat semua ulasan lainnya, Anda mungkin ingin berpikir dua kali sebelum memesannya. Mereka tampaknya tidak terlalu profesional.

Tidak terlalu nyaman, tapi cukup bagus. Secara keseluruhan, bernilai baik untuk uang, ditambah tepat waktu baik keberangkatan maupun kedatangan.

2 bintang karena kami sudah sampai di tujuan. Tapi gambar menunjukkan van baru dengan WiFi. Tapi ini bohong. Kami diangkut dengan tuk tuk ke van (lama) lain dengan AC buruk dan tidak ada WiFi. Pengemudi itu terus-menerus memperhatikan teleponnya. Dijatuhkan di situs yang berbeda dari yang disebutkan di tiket. Tidak bisa mempercayai ini. Namun mereka melaju dengan cepat.

Ini adalah bus pertama yang kami gunakan di Kamboja dan juga yang pertama dari perjalanan kami di Asia Tenggara, jadi kami tidak yakin apa yang akan terjadi. Kami memiliki anggaran terbatas sehingga $9 untuk perjalanan dari Siem Reap ke Phomh Penh kedengarannya cukup bagus. Pertama, Thero Express jelas merupakan perusahaan sah yang menjadi kekhawatiran utama kami jika kami tiba di halte dan tidak ada bus. Kami naik di perhentian pertama di Siem Reap dan mereka memiliki kantor sebenarnya dan nama perusahaan tercetak di sisi minibus. Bus itu sendiri bersih dan modern, dengan AC yang berfungsi dan WiFi yang mengejutkan kami. Busnya tidak penuh sehingga kami memiliki sedikit ruang yang tentu saja memberikan pengalaman yang lebih menyenangkan. Alasan saya tidak bisa memberikan bintang lima adalah karena sopir busnya agak berbahaya dan menyalip beberapa mobil yang berarti dia mengemudi di sisi jalan yang salah yang cukup menakutkan terutama dalam kegelapan ketika pasti ada beberapa kecelakaan nyaris celaka. Mengebut berarti kami tiba sekitar setengah jam lebih awal dari yang diharapkan dan menurut saya itu positif meskipun kami tidak terlalu memikirkan berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan. Sopir juga membunyikan tuk tuk dan sepeda motor yang disusulnya dengan cara yang cukup maniak, misalnya tidak satu bip pun, enam kali per kendaraan dan ini terjadi sekitar dua kali dalam satu menit sehingga cukup bising. Tidak yakin apakah ini umum di Kamboja dan juga bukan hal terburuk untuk $9 karena kami hanya ingin sampai di sana dengan aman dan sebaiknya dengan AC. Jadi pada dasarnya jika dengan anggaran terbatas saya pasti akan merekomendasikan.

Maaf untuk mengatakannya tetapi perjalanannya benar-benar mengerikan. Ruang bagasi tidak cukup, punggung terjepit di bawah kursi dan di antara kedua kaki Anda di lantai. Berharap untuk sedikit lebih banyak pengalaman menyenangkan, tetapi saya kira harganya menjelaskan semuanya. Jika saya diberi saran, bus yang lebih besar adalah pilihan yang jauh lebih baik.

Kursinya ternyata sangat kecil untuk harganya yang hampir dua kali lipat dibandingkan minibus. Makan siangnya oke. Mengemudinya cukup kasar. Tidak terlalu buruk tapi mungkin lain kali saya akan naik minibus saja.

Itu adalah perjalanan yang sangat menyenangkan - pengemudi yang sangat aman dan kami tiba di Phnom Penh tepat waktu. Hanya sedikit masalah tidak ada WiFi seperti yang dijanjikan.

Bus mogok setelah 45 menit dan kami harus berbalik, bus pengganti ke-2 lebih kecil dan perjalanan pulang lebih menegangkan dibandingkan dengan perjalanan keluar tetapi pada akhirnya kami tiba dengan selamat dan sesuai bentuk. Sangat tidak menyenangkan dan tidak aman.

AC Bekerja tetapi tidak ada WIFI tas yang cukup sempit di semua tempat. Harus ada satu baris lebih sedikit karena ada 5. Keberangkatan dan kedatangan tepat waktu. Jadi tidak apa-apa tetapi akan memilih Layanan lain kali.

Luar biasa. Kedua bus tersebut nyaman, baru, dan bahkan orang yang paling menuntut pun dapat tidur di bus pertama. Stafnya sangat sopan dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik. Saya merekomendasi!

Perjalanan bagus, pengemudi melaju sangat cepat, terkadang terlalu cepat

My friend and I have been travelling through south East Asia and used this bus service from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, we were nervous as we were running late due to a slow tuk tuk driver but we arrived in time. There was minimal conversation and very little English spoken. The driving is just typical erratic south east Asian style driving, lots of overtaking and beeping of horn but we are quite used to this by now. Our driver stopped at a toilet for us as we were the only two females on the bus and we managed to arrive to our destination early due to his driving. All in all we cannot complain about this service but definitely think it's a service more aimed for the locals rather then tourists.

We were going from Battambang to Phnom penh and there was a problem, because our reservation wasn't in the system. The lady at the office solved the problem and got us a taxi for the whole trip (3 people) on their costs. Which I think is really professional.

The bus broke so they send us to another company at a different time that forced us to cancel some plans, but that was not the problem. We bought 3 tickets so we can have more space and they only wanted to gave us 2 tickets and did not refund the third one.

Good if you have no real baggage. Our bus wasn't full so we had used seats to hold our bags. Driving is fast and you spend a lot of time overtaking but the drivers clearly know what they are doing. Got to Phnom Penh ahead of time which was a bonus

Driver was rude and drove aggressively.

Cambodian part of the trip was OK but Thai part was a piece of shit. To the border, we arrived in time. Our passports were stamped and our luggage was taken over the border on carts. An officer caught a mototaxi to take me closer to the border. I walk with cruches. After my passport was stamped in Thailand I had to walk for about 30 min under rain asking at every corner where is Thero Express untill I reached some point where I was offered to wait. When I asiked about my luggage nobody paid attention to me. Then I was told to walk to a big bus which was some hundred meters away. When I reached the bus I asked about my two bags again. A superviser sent a guy to look for them and in five minutes he got back with one of my bags. Then another guy was sent to look for another bag and successfuly brought it back. But he wanted me to pay him five bucks for the service. Superviser showed no reaction. I said that I paid for all in Cambodia and got in the bus. At last we started and ariived to our destination at about half past ten PM.

We arrived more then an hour later then promised. Maybe because of the break which was way to long!

Easy to book and everything ran on time. Car was good plus had a few empty seats which was nice. Driver could take a bit longer to get there as felt like we were in a rally. The whole overtaking all the time gets a bit nerve racking. Best to be safe and get there 10 minutes late than not at all. Everything else was good.

Not enough space , seats not confortable, driver Drove very fast

Operator was fine. ‘Air conditioning’ was minimal on van. Due to arrive Phnom Penh 7:30 but arrived 8:30 pm though left on time and no problems on the road. OK but puzzling. Those going to airport, it’s about a 30 minute tuk-tuk from drop off in downtownish Phnom Penh to airport (about $3). Happy Trails! Joe

No wifi and very poor airco but most of all,.... Fast driver took many risks and his drivingstyle made us feel unsafe.

No Wi-Fi as promised, air conditioning very basic (not functional), nobody spoke English and didn't arrive at the announced address. Also didn't depart where it was supposed to, though they took me there for free on a motorcycle, which was fun!

Arrived early but we drove very fast

Air con was good for the first part of the journey but then got switched off from 11:30-14:30?! It was 38 degrees in the van. Arrived on time but mainly due to driver hitting 150kph at least. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t like fast driving.

Very quick, nice driver.

Good trip. A bit slow as the roads in Cambodia are quite terrible. Nice stop in a decent restaurant for lunch.

Clean mini van, left on time. Reached Phnom Penh ahead of time. Luckily the van wasn’t full so we could all spread out, would be very tight fit if all seats were taken. No real room for luggage goes under the seat, so ok if small bag. Driver drove fast, overtaking, but safely I thought. If you suffer with travel sickness this might be a problem for you. Stopped a few times on route for comfort breaks & lunch.

We were transferred to a larger bus at last Minute and took much lo her than expected and left in different part of City than expected. Comfortable enough but not the trip we paid for.

Okay experience. I was the only passenger together with my girlfriend in the mini bus. The ride was alright, people are overtaking and honking prior to overtaking which is normal here. There was a lunch break in the middle of the trip. We got to Phnom Penh according to the schedule. Wifi did not work.

It was okay. The stops could be planned in such a way that all people are able to get food. The driver was very kind and stopped at a Mart for me to buy.

Driver of Thero Express is not driving safe. He keeps on overtaking trucks and other cars, however his technique seems to be dangerous. Also, 2:30pm is our time to travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh but van arrived late. We leftaround 3:30pm

The bus jumped a lot. The music was insanely loud and when the passengers asked to turn the volume down, the driver did it for just a couple of minutes. It was late in the departure but we arrived on time. However, I wouldn't repeat the experience

Even though the driver was a little bit aggressive on the road, but I LOVE IT! He saved so much time for us and we arrived safe and sound. I will book with them again.

The ride was on time, but the seats were too cramped. It didn’t help that they had no space to stow the bags so they just went underneath the chairs. Made for a claustrophobic experience.

Good service. Left on time. Staff helpful. Could do with upgrading vans. Ours broke down near Siem Reap. Driver manage to effect a repair in 15 minutes which made a little late but this was no problem.

Very good and quick

We arrived 40mins earlier as they say to be there 30mins before departure, were told to wait as mini van would leave at 9am. 5mins later we were told they could no longer take us so we had to get a mini van from different company. They bought us the tickets for this other company and they were actually cheaper that what we originally paid to Thero Express which means they made profit even though they didn't take us! Giving 2 stars only because they got us a tuk tuk to the other place.

I asked at the driver if I could go to my hotel in phon phen because I have stomach problems and him said no

We started at 2.30pm from Siem Reap and we arrived in Phnom Penh at 8.00pm as scheduled with one stop during the trip. We will suggest Thero Express for bus trip.

Excellent trip. No issues, plenty of toilet breaks etc etc

Too hot. Not enough space for your legs

The driver was so fast, our lives flashed before our eyes. With overtaking at high speeds, using the horn constantly and Two emergency stops in which our necks were nearly broke. Not a good start to our honeymoon I'll tell you that. We have never been happier to arrive in siem reap, we nosed dived off that bus. The bus was clean and there were no bugs as per previous comments. Aircon and wifi good too! Driver didn't talk though .. think he wanted to get there and back in time for tea.

We were put sitting at very back. We're 4 skinny enough gals and we struggled to fit in. No space to breath. All suitcases were stacked on floor so no room for legs. The other seats looked fine so avoid back at any costs. Air con was good though and it was on time.

Driver was awesome. Got to Phnom Penh extremely quick
