Jangan pernah menggunakan perusahaan bus ini!!! Perjalanan terburuk yang pernah ada. Mereka menyuruh kami mengganti bus di perbatasan, tetapi bahkan setelah 2 jam menunggu, tidak ada bus dan tidak ada seorang pun yang dapat membantu kami. Tidak ada yang mengangkat telepon di hotline mereka. Jadi kami (dua gadis) ditinggal sendirian di tengah malam di perbatasan dan harus mengatur perusahaan baru untuk membawa kami ke Kuala Lumpur. Kami harus membayar tiket baru dan tidak mendapatkan uang kami kembali dari Seasons. Kami tiba jam 4 pagi di KL setelah perjalanan 9 jam. Perusahaan terburuk yang pernah ada, tidak pernah memilih mereka.

Organisasi yang baik, kantor yang mudah ditemukan untuk check-in dengan ruang tunggu dan bagasi. Semuanya sangat tepat waktu

Harga bagus untuk €12,50 dan ruang yang sama luasnya. Namun, Anda harus meluangkan waktu 6 jam untuk perjalanan! Bagi kami ini hanya dimulai 3/4 jam lebih lambat dari yang direncanakan!

The bus was about an hour and a half late. It was comfortable enough and the border crossing was smooth enough. I sat at the front and awoke to the driver being lost, he and 3 other customers were attempting to get back on track using google maps. The stop before ours had the whole bus empty. So then my partner and I were asked to get on another bus to complete our journey. We finally arrived about 2 and a half hours after the ticketed time

The first Bus that we had is so slow. We arrived at our destination so late.. ???? Good thing the second bus and the driver drives fast.

Good thing the driver was friendly and helpful but the terminal in charge did not even bother to apologize that our scheduled 11:45pm trip was moved at 1am. We know that there might be issues with the schedule that's why, we arrived at the complex at 9:30pm.

The bus was delayed but there Mr Yip makes the trip very nice. Because of the station which I booked he ordered a grab for few person who had to go to Berjaya Times Square. Especially thanks to Mr. Yip.

it says to turn up 30 mins early but we did and the shop wasn’t even open. it was the only shop on the street not to be open which was worrying. women turned up 10 mins later. bus set off an hour late and we arrived 4 hours late.

The drive to KL took 10 hours instead of 5-6. The driver was late and kept us waiting for an hour. Then we still only had two toilet stops despite the trip being double the length. Half of the passengers had to beg him to stop so that they could go to the toilet.

We rode a luxury coach from Golden Mile Complex to the Singaporean Immigration but had to change buses after going through Malaysian Immigration. The second bus was smaller and the journey had several stops. We arrived an hour late at Berjaya Times Square.

We should actually have reached our destination at 15:15 but arrived at 20:00

The bus was very luxurious. Unfortunately we left about 40 minutes late and the trip did not cost us 5 hours (like it said at the booking) but almost 8 hours.

Late bus

We were well informed about needing to change bus at Malaysian immigration. However the bus did not show for 30mins. The tickets we purchased to and from state a departure time of 10am and arrival time of 3pm. We arrived around 7pm on both occasions. I don’t mind it being that long if that’s how it is but certainly don’t advertise and mislead otherwise. One last thing, our driver needs to learn how to change gears when necessary and not drive the bus like we’re on a mechanical bull.

Although clearance at immigration was very fast we had 2 hours delay. And I didn’t understand why we had a 15 minutes break in a gas station where was 40 km away to final destination.

We were already delayed and then our bus broke down. After an hour we managed to hitch on another bus but that went to Butterworth instead of Georgetown, which meant we had to take the ferry to get to Georgetown. All-in-all we arrived in Georgetown 4 hours later than claimed.

Passegers dont have waitting room... just sit down side of street waitting for the bus with no enough information if we dont aktive to find by own

The company manage to find replacement bus. If there is delay, should get all the customer stay at the same place to get first hand information. Has been waiting for 1 last customer for more than 30min

Departure was one hour late. We got no information about delay. Driver spoke very much on his mobile phone quite loud and smoked some cigarettes inside the bus. Peter from Finland.
