Perjalanan yang luar biasa. Stasiun bus Yangon agak kacau tetapi semua orang sangat membantu dalam menemukan kantor bus. Kami tiba lebih awal dan bisa mendapatkan bus sebelumnya & upgrade ke bus VIP

Bus itu SANGAT nyaman. Faktanya, kami benar-benar terkejut dengan betapa nyamannya tempat itu: kursi-kursinya dapat direbahkan hingga hampir berbaring, layar dengan film, radio dan permainan, air, makanan ringan. Bahkan lebih nyaman dari pesawat yang kami tumpangi dalam perjalanan menuju Myanmar. NAMUN: kebisingannya KONSTAN. Saya pikir masyarakat Burma sudah terbiasa dengan kebisingan kota sehingga keheningan adalah sebuah kemewahan yang mungkin tidak mampu mereka beli, jadi mereka tidak melihat ada salahnya menjadi berisik. Sebuah keluarga dengan seorang anak di belakang kami memutar video YouTube selama berjam-jam dengan speaker menyala tepat di belakang kami, pengemudi menyalakan radionya dengan sangat keras selama 11 jam perjalanan malam, namun ia berbicara dengan nyonya rumah bahkan lebih keras lagi selama SELURUHNYA mengendarai. Izinkan saya memberi tahu Anda satu hal: kami tidak bisa tidur APAPUN. Alasan kami memesan perjalanan malam adalah karena banyak hal yang harus kami lakukan di pagi hari / keesokan harinya dan ingin memanfaatkan setiap kesempatan yang kami bisa untuk tidur. Ya, kami tidak melakukannya. Jadi meskipun kendaraannya mewah dan nyaman, kami benar-benar kecewa dengan pengalaman kami.

Sangat sulit menemukan operator bus yang tepat. Stasiun bus diperluas ke beberapa jalan. Busnya sangat nyaman. Air, selimut sudah termasuk. Dua perhentian dengan toilet. Di dalam bus sangat dingin dan AC bekerja dengan baik.

Bus semalam yang sangat nyaman. Staf yang menyenangkan. Satu-satunya hal yang saya sukai adalah lampu baca.

Semuanya berjalan lancar dan cepat. Kami memberi tahu pengemudi alamat hotel kami dan je membawa kami ke sana jadi itu sangat bagus - hemat uang kami :)

Kami melakukan perjalanan dari Yangon ke Dawei dengan bus (mewah) dan itu berjalan lebih baik dari yang diharapkan. Pengemudinya tampak sangat berpengalaman dan kami tiba hanya 30 menit lebih lambat dari yang dijadwalkan untuk perjalanan 600 km. Staf ramah dan berhenti untuk istirahat toilet (tidak ada di bus) datang secara teratur setiap 2-3 jam. Kami menerima sebotol air, kopi, dan makanan ringan sebelum berangkat. Saya sarankan untuk tidak minum terlalu banyak karena beberapa jalan cukup bergelombang dan Anda mungkin sakit. Multimedia tidak berfungsi dalam perjalanan kami. Tidak ada musik yang dimainkan untungnya. Itu cukup dingin karena AC tinggi tetapi mereka menawarkan selimut. Bawa bantal tiup dan bersantai di kursi besar. Anda hampir tidak akan menemukan tidur tetapi ini adalah pengalaman dan biaya hanya € 20. Kami ingin naik kereta yang seharusnya memakan waktu 24 jam tetapi tidak beroperasi dan kami tidak menyesal mengurangi waktu perjalanan hingga 50%.

Perjalanan memakan waktu 11 jam. Waktu kedatangan dengan tiket 12go Asia (5.30 pagi) hampir tidak realistis. Akan ada dua perhentian untuk penyegaran (makan malam dan sarapan). Rute dari Hpa An ke Myawaddy sangat bergelombang. Sejak saat itu (kira-kira jam 3 pagi) tidur hampir tidak perlu dipikirkan lagi. Kursinya sangat nyaman dan bahkan kursi individu ditawarkan.

Dari Myawady ke Hpa An, dibutuhkan waktu sekitar enam jam di jalan yang tidak beraspal dan berdebu. Kemudian, jalannya lebih baik. Kami mencapai Rangun dalam 11 jam pada jam 9 malam.

Banyak pemberhentian di tengah malam dan saya, serta 2 penumpang acak lainnya, sangat mual dengan jalan berangin dalam perjalanan turun. Jadi: - Jika Anda mabuk darat, saya tidak merekomendasikan naik bus ini KEMBALI ke Yangon. Namun naik itu baik-baik saja. - Semua staf sangat ramah dan membantu dalam memberikan instruksi bahasa Inggris kepada kami. Merawatku juga saat aku sakit. - Makanan hanyalah roti selai manis, roti panggang prancis super manis, minuman ringan jeruk, dan banyak air. - Hiburan terbatas pada sekitar 20 film. Secara keseluruhan, perjalanan yang baik untuk pacar saya dan saya, tanpa mabuk kendaraan.

Salah satu bus termewah yang pernah saya tiduri. Sangat luas, makanan ringan, kopi, handuk menyegarkan disediakan.

They came to pick me up to my hotel for free. (You need to call them for pick up, though). Very comfortable seat, with thick blanket. They offerred nice hot coffee before departure, and nice cold towel and toothbrush, etc. for 30-minute break. Everyone needs to get off the bus for the 30-minutes break for security reasons (as the driver locks the door).

nice, big chairs (which you can adjust according to your needs), during trip we got water, fanta, some snacks, can watch movies and listen to the music. The only small minus was very weak english of the stuff but honestly speaking- not necessery part.

Easy booking experience but the final location wasn’t correct. Would be better if they showed a map of where you get dropped off

12Go is really helping with the ticket, though this time kinda' late in processing, and it will be great if you guys ask me about the seat before booking it ???? As for the bus, everything is ok, but the leg space is quite close and it's really tiring for the leg, especially for 5-6 hours ride ????

The “vip lounge” is a total mess... but the trip was fine, no complains, except - as usual -polar cold in the bus, bring clothes

The ride was nearly perfect. On time, great service, snack & water provided, good driver & comfy chairs that reclined well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the aircon which made it a freezing cold ride and that there wasn’t a bathroom on board as advertised. Other than that great trip!

Nice and plseant journey. They served drink and sneak and even toiletries thing for us.

It was supposed to be 10 hours but it was more than 12 hours. And the air conditioning was extremely cold.

Comfortable bus, however no toilet on the bus. Stopped twice for toilet, some of them quite disgusting... Of course not the driver's fault...

AC is very strong. Too cold in the bus.

No one, including 12Go, informed us that a photo copy of our passport stamp page was required. We were 1.5 hours early, and still were nearly removed from our seats at the last minute. One of the employees took our passports to get photocopied at the very last possible minute. The seats were comfortable though.

We travelled with tree small children and it went really well. There was a small tv in front of each seat so the Kids enjoyd playing a game on it untill they fell asleep and slept till the second stop wich was at 5am. Heli and Petri, Finland

I had no choice but to book an overnight bus because the sleeper train is full. The bus is clean and the steward is very attentive, with snacks and drinks for everyone. Good experience.

Very comfortable coach and safe driving

Bus was on time, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable journey. On board there were blankets on each seat, a bottle of water, a snack and a TV and headset to watch movies or listen to music. Air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold but this may be as we were travelling during the day. We had one rest stop of 30 mins when we were given a toothbrush and toothpaste and a wet towel. Driving was a bit careless, braking at the last minute and lots of being thrown around the bus, especially when there are no seatbelts on board. Overall a good experience and a comfortable journey but just 1 toilet stop over 7 hours was not enough. There should be at least 2 stops.

Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.

Bus was in great condition, very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have wifi on the bus and help foreigners get off at the right stop by letting them know which is their’s - sometimes it can be difficult to hear the driver shouting which stop it is and with no signage/speaking another language it is tricky.

I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.

Not a sleeping bus as advertised. Just a recliner seat. So disappointed.

It was, surprisingly, the most comfy bus I have ever been!

We were running late due to traffic And the bus waited for us. So nice and the blankets were very comfortable. Highly recommend

The trip was enjoyable but the AC leaked a lot, all our bags left the seat compartment were wet.
