Michael FAlles lief super reibungslos, von der Online-Buchung, mit dem E-Ticket an der Boot-Check-in (Koh Phi Phi), der Fahrer stand (wie per E-Mail versprochen) mit unseren Namen auf einem Schild st den Pier in Krabi, um uns abzuholen und brachte uns zu unserem endgültigen Ziel (Surat Thani Bahnhof, die etwa 15 km außerhalb der Stadt). Gonzalo HCero to no information about where to go. At Phi Phi the check in counter is for the ferry, there is no counter for Phantip (as explained in the pdf). Once arriving to Krabi, again no information, asking to many locals you find your way to the outside of the ferry area where a small van saying phantip was located. The van from Krabi to Surat Thani (2 hours), was in general ok, BUT, we got the last seats in the back row which were not "real seats" they were hardly bouncing in the highway with any minimum imperfection on the road, so forget to even rest your head on the seat. The ferry was Ok, and the big bus was ok too.
