Florian BAlles in allem eine sehr schlecht koordinierte Fahrt von Khao Sok nach Koh Lanta mit einigen Tiefen!
Der Fahrer kam fast eine Stunde zu spät und forderte uns dann dazu auf, uns zu beeilen. Während der Fahrt hat er sehr häufig lautstark telefoniert, um (scheinbar) entweder nach dem Weg zu fragen oder sonstige private Dinge zu besprechen. Dadurch war er immer wieder sehr abgelenkt und fuhr gerne auch mal in den Gegenverkehr. Dass man den Van tauschen muss, ist kein Problem, jedoch wurden weder vom Fahrer noch von dem Mitarbeiter beim Tausch irgendwelche Informationen genannt. Der neue Van war dann bis obenhin mit Personen und Gepäck gefüllt, mit extrem unbequemen Sitzen in der letzten Reihe. Dies sollte man bei der Buchungsauslastung beachten! Alles in allem war es ein sehr schlechter Transfer.

Sol IIn the first bus, the AC at the end of the bus was leaking. 6 seats were unusuable because of it, and the bus was full. Fortunately for us (we were on the leaking seats), after asking to stop the AC, the leak stopped.
Afterwards, we did a stop in a hotel because we had to change buses. Thankfully, another passenger told us that since we were going to koh lanta we had to get out. The driver never told us and we could have ended up in Krabi.
We arrived at 4:30 instead of 3pm. If it were because of traffic, it would be understandable. However, during the trip, the delay was because the driver did many stops to pickup: boxes of beer, boxes of wine, a kid, his lunch. We were in the bus from 1pm to 4:30pm and never did a stop. We were unable to buy some water or food so we arrived in Koh Lanta starving.

Tirza AWe got picked up at the right time, but there was a stop to go in another van. The stop took about 2.5h before we could depart again, so we arrived 3h later.

Will CKhao Sok to Krabie was fine. Krabi to Koh lanta not so great. The minivan is a rickety old beater that smells like mold. We got to Krabi and then had to wait for over an hour for the next leg to Koh lanta, without any information. We had not eaten since breakfast and could have used the time to go and find some food. Arrival in Koh Lanta was 1.5 hours after scheduled arrival, for no apparent reason. Why don’t these minibus companies have any kind of systems in place. It’s like they are all on their first day on the job and nobody has ever done what they do before

Martin EI booked a transfer from my hotel in Khao Sok to my hotel in Koh Lanta. This morning, I was forced to go to a 7-Eleven by paying for a taxi, even though I had requested a pickup from my hotel.12go support was useless , they didn't answer me and I didn't get any refund or any subsidiaries.

Tobias VIt was written they would drive us to the hotel in Koh lanta. He wanted 300bhat extra for that in the end. We declined and took a taxi. Kind of false advertisement. Besides that they were late and quite unorganized. But the rest was fine. We arrived in the end and had a nice conversation with another passenger.

Daina SQuite a mess. Departure was 30 min late, however arrival was about 2 hour late in total. They really try to fill up entire van/ transport, so it seems like always late.

Matthias SWe waited almost two hours to get picked up, no information. Had to call the operator four times to make sure they don’t forget picking us up. First van was completely packed with people. My seat wasn’t fixed to the car, my seatbelt didn’t work. The driver was reckless driving. We then stopped at the office had to tell them our hotel’s, we then got sticker with the hotel names for our shirt - which nobody cared about afterwards. The next van came after 30min waiting, was so packed with people that suitcases were stuffed everywhere between each seat. Luckily two didn’t wanted to wait and took a grab before. After waiting and squeezed into the van, we picked another two passengers at a bus stop which also took time and I have no clue however that fit into the bus, but somehow it did. Arriving at ko lanta completely exhausted around 4.30pm. It was mental, would pick a different operator next time.
