Sufian The driver left me behind at the rest stop. I got to my destination 2 hours later. The customer service helped but the driver wasn’t helpful at all. He tried to ask me for money for ‘keeping my bags’ after he left me at the rest stop.

Alyson The bus was 1.30 hours late for departurer with no update or reason why. Asked the check in people and they just said its in its way. It was freezing on the bus and the aircon was so loud. The trip took over 5 hours.
