Courtney GWe were told our bus had "broken down" and they were going to send us to another operator. Our bus was supposed to depart at 1030 and the new one left at 1100. They sent us to Kim Seng Express. They didn't honour our seats so we got stuck right behind the driver, which gave us a front row seat to one of the worst/ scariest drivers. Legit, we were surprised he didn't cause an accident. He also had a passion for honking the horn.
It was disappointing that Vibol cancelled, especially because we chose this company since it would be closer to our connection stop in Phnom Penh. When we arrived on Kim Seng, they obviously didn't take us to the Vibol stop. All in all, disappointed.

Ghislain The mini bus was overbooked. We had to get our children on our laps but did not get any reimburshment. We had bags in front of us in our legs and knees. In the end we were (only) 30 min late for the arrival.

Katharina Perfect. We were alone and we could leave the bus a view minutes earlier, so the way to the hotel was shorter for us. The departure place is directly the post office in Kampot.
