We were in 4 different busses. The departure was on time but the arrival was 3 hours delayed. Then we got dropped off at the wrong station and no help to get.

The trip takes around 3 hours longer than advertised. The (sleeper) bus we were in for the majority of the journey was comfortable though and we stopped for dinner. Gets you from A to B but it’s not the best.
