Katarina MOverpriced. Kids screaming. Wifi available per request. Moved without being notified. Poop and pee in toilet for the entirety of the trip. No toilet paper. No hot water. No one "escorting you to your train". Light breakfast is banana and bread.

David MWas on time and got us from A to B. First class was not the comfiest, train was very loud and rocked about a lot. Door inside cabin broke also so we were temporarily locked in, had to call for someone to fix it.
