Joshua GGood, on timing, ride was chaotic but that's more due to the general state of the roads than the driving itself. Well managed, didn't lose any luggage.
We were brought to the bus terminal by the agency's taxi.

Katharina GThe journey was fine. We arrived very early (5am instead of 7am) in Hanoi and everything was closed. Also the luggage was wet inside and outside. Everything else was ok.

Matti EThis trip was really amazing. We had two VIP-2-berth cabins. The vehicle was very clean, the cabin itself as well as the washbasin and the toilet. The train was the entire trip on time. There were also snacks and drinks and a breakfast box, which was really good. Overall an amazing night-traintrip!

Claire BThe bus left 15 minutes late but arrived over an hour early. This sounds like a good thing but meant it was only 5am and still dark so didn't feel super safe and far too early to check in to my hostel. The bus itself was fairly comfortable and I slept well. But it could do with a decent clean and the rubbish hasn't been cleared away from the previous passengers. The toilet didn't smell great, I tried not to use it.
