Easy quick trip and the company operating it was very friendly.

No ac in the mini van so the road was super long due to the heat We arrived 45min late because of the road conditions

The driver forgot to stop at the airport. But luckily we saw it on the way so we were able to ask him to stop.

There was only me with the driver, they still made the trip. We got to listen to music and even though he didn't speak much English we managed to communicate. Great guy! Be prepared because the road is rough at some points

The trip was spot on. Left on time, minivan wasnt full so we had plenty of space. Staff in the office made sure we got off at the appropriate stop for us. The road is pretty awful but the driver was very sensible and made it as comfortable as he could. No complaints, would recommend highly.

Bus left reasonably on time and was only a 30 minute journey. It obviously didn’t matter for such a short journey, but the two buses we took for this day trip with Vibol (Kampot to Kep return) were oldest/dirtiest (due to age/cleaning, not trash) minivans we’ve travelled in in Cambodia (comparing with 4-5 journeys with one other company, then 1 journey with another).

The driver had a motorcycle inside the van and was trying to fit 15 people with baggage. It was crammed, hot and over loaded. After 20 minutes of juggling he realised this is not going to work. Thank goodness

Bus arrived at destination 2 hours later than the advertised time.

We booked Vibol express bus van via 12go website from Kampot town to Sihanoukville boat port. Purchase online was easy to book seats and pay with foreign card. Scheduled to leave at 8:15 am and arrive at 11:15 am. We left as soon as the bus was full, just after 8am, and arrived around 10:30 am, which was great to have enough time to buy boat tickets. We checked in with our printed tickets which was super easy but they also seem to accept digital which is more convenient for travelers. The road was partially under construction midway through the journey so the traffic had to move a little slower and a slightly bumpy ride, but altogether reliable journey. The van was a little older but AC worked and temperature inside decent (it was the morning journey so it wasn’t too hot then anyway) . No rest stops on the 2 1/2 hour journey so be prepared for that. The office in kampot was basic and had only a few seats for waiting, so we went to the nearest restaurant 5 minutes down the road instead. Seats were small but Ok for the distance. Dropoff right in front of the Sihanoukville port (not in town as it stated on the ticket) which super convenient when catching boat. The port side had a small restaurant stand and toilets. Boat office provide free loos, restaurant side is a paid service at 1000 Reil.

We were told our bus had "broken down" and they were going to send us to another operator. Our bus was supposed to depart at 1030 and the new one left at 1100. They sent us to Kim Seng Express. They didn't honour our seats so we got stuck right behind the driver, which gave us a front row seat to one of the worst/ scariest drivers. Legit, we were surprised he didn't cause an accident. He also had a passion for honking the horn. It was disappointing that Vibol cancelled, especially because we chose this company since it would be closer to our connection stop in Phnom Penh. When we arrived on Kim Seng, they obviously didn't take us to the Vibol stop. All in all, disappointed.

Overfilled Minivan, 10 people with luggage. Almost no space for legs. AC worked semi-well.

It was a safe trip, with very friendly staff. We were on time. I would recommend it anytime

Vehicle had to stop several times to pour in coolant and oil, and then they left us without telling us that they would be back in a half hour for lunch which was a bit surprising. But overall it was decent. I got where I needed to go and the AC worked well enough I didn't overheat.

The knowledge of English at the station as well as in the bus made me a bit unsure because at the start I seemed to be the only passenger getting on (the rest turned out to be picked up) and I wanted to get out at the airport but the driver didn't seem to understand (I had to say stop myself in the end). He was very friendly thought but connecting to my flight was very important to me of course.

Good Trip with excellent Driver !

We booked a vip mini bus for 15:45. Firstly the bus was 1,5 hours late. Then, it was a bus shared with many other locals which stopped basically every 45 minutes and took 6+ hours to get to sihanoukville. It also did not have wifi like it promised on the advertisement.

The bus so old and dirty. The staff are very bad and mean. I won’t using this bus company again
