The bus itself was nice but I was sexually harassed by the bus attendant the entire trip even after I told him it made me uncomfortable.

The driver smoked on the bus, and the sleeper berth was dirty. When I dared to ask for a stop to use the restroom, the bus dropped me off and left while I was in the bathroom. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the person from the agency who helped me on the phone to get the driver to come back and pick me up, and who arranged for me to be dropped off directly at my hotel.

2 hours late, drivers smoked in the bus, only one pause in 10 hours

I found the sleeping cabins to be quite comfortable and spacious. The bus stopped a few times for toilet breaks. The bus crew was extremely rude. I was cussed at and shooed out of the way. We felt very uneasy and wouldn’t book with them again.

Bad to start with due to address errors in Hanoi. The address number 54. The lady didn’t recognize my ticket. She sent me a few doors down. This happened 3 times. Then advised your company had changed address to 1km down the road. This was also not correct. When the bus was due to depart I got a call saying are you at number 54. I was there 40 minutes early and got this run around . This got sorted by the company with a free taxi to catchup at the buses next stop 15km away So it ended well. Thankyou

The bus was 3.5 hours late to pick us up with barely any communication at all. We arrived at the pick up spot half an hour before the departure time, as the ticket said to do. Then at 9:15, 15 mins after the departure time, we got a message saying they would be late and arriving at the pick up spot at 10:15. They then proceeded to not message us again and the bus arrived at 12:30 - all of us were cluelessly sat at a bus stop for 3 hours, hoping the bus would actually arrive (they only messaged me, everyone else at the bus stop would have been unaware of the delay.) The bus was good, although the stops were a bit strange. Free toilets though which was nice! Overall, bus quality was fine but the communication and lateness was awful. Meant that we missed a whole day pretty much in Phong Nha.

If the bus wasn’t so late or at least the operator would have told us, it would have been 5 stars. The operator texted me that it‘ll be a delay less than 1h. I was waiting 3hours (until 1:30am something like that) without any updates when the bus will arrive.

Was delayed by nearly 2 hours and only got told after we asked where our bus was, but service was good

The bus itself was fine minus the smell of cigarette smoke. The issue was the timings and lack of communication. Our bus was supposed to be at 10:30pm, and at 8:45pm I was notified it had been pushed back which was absolutely fine. We got to the meeting point, not only was it at a dark unlit petrol station (even though there was a bus station maybe 200m down the road, it was was supposed to pick us up at 11:10pm and instead was an hour and a bit late picking us up at 12:30. I had tried to message and call the person who originally messaged me and there was no contact back what so ever.

The bus was distuging

Had to wait 2h for the bus and arrived 3h late. Very poor communication from the company - took over an hour for any sort of update after multiple calls/messages. People also got on the same bus who had tickets booked for an hour later. Bus was dirty and smelt strongly of smoke, no water, no wifi, no communication on board about stops (x2 for what turned out to be a 9h journey).

Pretty good experience, good timekeeping - ended up at my location only 15 mins over and for a 6+ hour journey that's good, the cabins were pretty comfortable and more spacious then a few others I've been on

Amazing trip! Seats were comfortable lots of room, has a charger port and blanket, it does get freezing so dress to be warm! Super clean and even came with water. Only 2 stops for a 10 hour bus ride so prepare for little toilet breaks but other than that amazing!!!

Did not get there on time at all about 2 and a half hours later than expected and made alot of stops to pick up deliveries rather than people. Def the slow overpriced bus

The bus driver changed the pick-up time and location close to departure and then arrived one hour late. One of the drivers smoked through out the bus drive. The Bus was not cleaned. Then they said they couldn’t bring me to my stop and transferred me to a taxi. I was not charged extra for that. I did get a bottle of water and arrived savely.

The bus was dirty. We don't get Watter. The Bus came 1 hour later and the tour tok 1 hour more.

Our bus from 9.00 am was cancelled and had to wait until 10.00 am to get following one. No notice from you or the bus provider. Besides, stops on the road were of poor quality.

2h Delay. Had a really long break at the side of the rode for no apparent reason

Waited 1h30 at the pick up point because the taxi was late, but at least I was in contact with him.

Terrible driver and uncomfy bed, the driver always pressed the horn all night long, and drove like a beginner... Beds were not comfy, we could not get the beds laid flat.

Authentic Vietnam experience! Drivers smoked at the front whilst driving, tv didn't work, insects in cabins, and random bed selections upon arrival! Arrived an hour earlier too!

Bus had three and a half hours delay. Backpacks and other things were stuffed in the aisle, you had to climb over it. Had to take my backpack into my cabin in order to avoid it getting crushed by people, especially crew trampling on it. Bus stop in Hanoi is 10km away from the center. Nice thick blankets provided, but no charging ports or lights.

Sadly the bus was late. But we got a text way in advance so we knew early enough. When we got to the pick up location we waited a while. Then we got another text saying we should come to an other location. We took a grab which they payed. We waited also there quite a while. In total the bus was 1,5h late and it was a bit unconfortable to get around. The bus drove than very fast and hunked a lot. But that way he made it only 30 min late at the drop off point. All in all it was a bit chaotic. The plug to charge was also broken

The driver smoked in the buss, and they sad thar is a express bus and take 8 hours but is take 10 hours. They stay 3 time and pick upp pakett and all the bus was full with pakett

The bed was uncomfortable and very dirty, strong smell of smoke as the bus driver smoked in the driving seat.

There was only one stop after three hours of driving (and only after we asked the driver twice), and it lasted just five minutes. After that, we had to wait another three hours before stopping again, this time for 20 minutes for dinner. The driver was smoking inside the vehicle, and my husband had to insist several times for him to stop. Eventually, he made an effort, but this should not have happened in the first place. The driver was also driving dangerously and too fast, which made us feel unsafe. In addition, he stopped several times on the side of the road to pick up packages, which caused further delays. As a result, we arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late for the Nha Trang – Hoi An trip.

The bus arrived two and a half hours late. The driver was rude when I asked him to stop for a bathroom break, and he refused. He was also smoking the entire time on the bus. My luggage arrived soaking wet, absolutely soaked

The bus was dirty with the pillow and blanket both not being washed still covered in food and hair. The bus driver chain smoked the entire time inside the bus making the bus smell of smoke. However they got us here on time and with no fuss

It has good space but its not a proper sleeper with flat bed instead a tilted one, plus the compartment was dirty. Staff is nice.

When we were on our way to the meeting point with a grab, I got a message from the company, telling us the bus will be 3 hours late. So we had to order another grab to drive us back to our hotel that we had just left 30 minutes ago. Back at the meeting point 3 hours later, we had to wait another hour without being informed about anything. We didn't even reached someone through texts and calls. The bus ride itself was awful. Don't get me wrong, I'm very used to such journey and it's part of the adventure in my opinion. But the driver raced through the area at 110 km/h (I assume that the maximum speed on the road we were traveling on was 80 km/h) and it really shook us back and forth. Anyone familiar with Asian roads knows that they are designed more for motorcycles and only smaller cars. The traffic is chaotic and you generally drive more slowly than too fast. Since our driver was speeding, he had to honk his way through. I'm not exaggerating: he honked his horn all night long, which is obviously not so cool in a sleeper bus. As I said, for me it's part of the adventure, but I also find it a bit reckless. I wondered who would be liable if something happened.

Was comfortable. It didn’t have seatbelts though.

Rude personal. First 1,5 hour 3 stops. Then no stop anymore. Somebody asked for toilet. They refused that. Beds were good.

The driver was smoking during the trip, it was felt in cabin. Smoking is common thing in Vietnam, but as a traveler I don't want to breathe that shit. It must be proper isolation of the air circulation. Especially in the first 4 cabins/capsules.

Have been on many sleeper buses and they all usually stop at least every 2 hours and that’s overnight. This was a day time bus when your body is awake too, so we had 1 stop for over 20 minutes an hour in to the trip, then didn’t stop at all for the rest of the trip, over 5 hours with no toilet stop. At least 6 of us needed to go and when I asked the driver he got very angry with us! This is not safe to go 5 hours without stopping at all. Very bad service. How a driver can drive for over 5 hours without a stop is not safe either.

we started 20 min late and arrived almost three hour late not at the destination point but outside of Hoi An, where a very slow driver was waiting for us two and brought us to the bus station. just two stops in +11 hours from nha trang, the first was about 5 minutes and the second was +20 minute just 2h before arrival, after toilet we could not go back on the bus because they closed the door so we had to wait 20+ minutes because some of them were eating. plus the bus stopped a lot of times for delivering lot of packages outside the main road. our charging sockets and lights didn't work and some seats didn't even have the right socket.

An absolute fucking joke...turned up over an hour late..then made about 20 random stops collecting random packages. Our journey which was supposed to begin at 9 didn't start till 10.20..and we didn't stop for lunch till 4.30...then to top it off..we were kicjed off the bus 20km outside the original drop off point...literally dropped off at a garage in pitch black where we had to order a cab..complete bunch of wankers..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bus departed 1 hour late and the seats were not very comfortable.

No toilet stops, broken courtain and the bus departed earlier than expected so I had to hurry up to get it.

Bus was 1.5 hours late. Almost no communication prior to the trip and support Hotline not answered. Reckless driving, sleep almost impossible due to constant honking and changes in velocity. Very disorganized in general. USB ports not working in the bus.

I booked a bus for 10:30. Later I received a message that the bus was full and I would have to take the next one 3 hours later. The bus then took not 6.5 hours, but over 9 hours.

Bus was fine, comfortable and the blanket was clean. My bag, stored underneath, got a little wet since it was raining.

The pick up point said hanoi opera house but no bus came there at all. When I contacted the bus hotline number they told me the pick up will be somewhere else and luckily arranged a grab car for me and 2 other passengers waiting at the opera house like me. Then we drove almost 30mins away to their main office which was a little hut somewhere near the expressway, very weird and unclear situation. I was just happy when the bus drove off and we reach phong nha in the evening.

I hadn't had any experience in traveling on this sort of bus before however it was memorable. We had to be borded near Opera house but it was in renovation and there were no room around to find a parking lot for bus. So, the company called a taxi to get us on a new bording place. In case of that we were late but not for too much. Staff was polite and helpful by the way. Bus's clean and comfortable.

Was great! We found the bus easily once we had found the office and it was only slightly delayed but we had allowed for that. It was comfortable, clean, provided with blankets and cushions, plenty of toilet stops (1st one around 3 hours in, then 3 others). Wish we could have ordered lunch in advance though, like the drivers did at one of the stops, as the stop 'shops' just sold snacks so we were hungry throughout the trip, but other than that, all good & great value for money.

The bus was fine, but I am not happy about being dropped of in a different place than planned. Was twice as far from the city.

A weird drive but we arrived. Bus was comfortable but the fact that we only stopped one time for a toilet break (after ten hours) was horrible.

The driver drove terribly fast. I understand he was late but I would rather be late than to endure crazy driving. The bus was really comfortable

Got picked up by taxi & driven 40 mins to express way to wait 45 mins at 1-40 am for bus to arrive . Plenty of stops if you need toilet . Arrived on time . Good value journey but very sketchy pick up

The bus was late and they actually send us taxi to bring us to the bus that was at there Dépôt. So we started the trip with an hour late, it is due to Viêtnam but the driver kept honking during the all trip so i couldn't sleep. We had just a few stop to go to the toilet and just one to eat something and thats because we asked them. And overall this they didn't drop me where the bus was suppose to drop me. And i had to take a taxi at midnight to finaly get to my Hôtel that were waiting for me to finaly arrive.

Drivers smoked while driving in the bus and also honked the whole time. We were dropped off at a different spot as said in the booking. Almost 30 minutes away and then we’re told to take a taxi
